We took our team to RVR for a two day retreat. It was an exceptional experience in every way. The staff is top notch. The setting is ideal. The food is great. And the activities were perfect.
We all would recommend RVR to anyone.

WOW!! I just got back from a retreat at RVR and I am forever changed. The Lord is so good and is at work in RVR. As soon as you enter their facility, you are invited, cared for, and loved. I will never forget my experience at River Valley Ranch. Thank you Jesus for putting the staff where they are because they can change the world!

Wonderful Christian camp! All you have to do is show up and they will take care of the rest. The facilities are great for kids (even the high school/college variety) and the food is delicious too!

This camp is amazing! We bring our youth group every single winter for their winter meltdown retreat. They take care of everything from programs to activities making very easy to bring your group here whether big or small. If you're looking for a solid retreat center in Maryland this is the place!

RVR is absolutely beautiful!! Put it on your calendar to visit! The staff is warm and welcoming. Very well organized and SUPER encouraging to the kids!! Take time away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy all RVR has to offer for your family!

There is not another camp that my camper has ever been happier at. They have plenty to do for kids of all ages, even older teens. The staff stresses safety, and truly cares about the kidsthey aren't just in it for the paycheck, that's for sure. I appreciate having a God centered environment for my daughter to enjoy.

My 7 year old just finished his first ever week of camp here. He absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this camp to anyone. He was able to sleep in a tee pee with a few other boys and his counselor. Everyone I met at the camp was super nice and it is just an all around wonderful experience. My son is already asking when he gets to go back again!

Our first 2 kids loved RVR, and we were finally able to send our youngest. This was her first overnight experience at 8 years old and she is still talking weeks later non-stop about how much she loved itso much so that the older 2 are upset that they are too old to attend now! Her counselor cared so much that she actually started to cry when it was time to say good-bye. We highly recommend this camp!

Two years and two absolutely wonderful experiences. My kids love this place, love the people, love the activities - and the counselors (and staff) are the best examples of human beings in the world. They LIVE the Word - and as a result, they attract great campers who are all thrilled to be together and doing whatever comes next. GREAT place for all ages!

I have been sending my teenage son for year now and this year I finally sent his younger sister because she was old enough. Here's a breakdown of our thoughts on RVR. 1. One of the few things my son gets truly excited about and he loves going so much. He is so sad that next year is his last year due to his age and is hoping to be able to come back after in some way to help other kids find Jesus and a fun time. 2. My younger daughter spent her first camp experience here and I was slightly worried about her being gone for a week but I should have known better. She was too busy to even call, she made tons of new friends and is so excited to be registered for next year. They both love the food here and the lasting friendships with both other kids and even the counselors. I'd send my kids every week if I could afford it because it is just that great of a program!!

My 12 year old daughter was really nervous, this was her first sleep away camp and she was on her own. I knew she would be fine after I left but didn't quite expect her to be so fine.she called me once for maybe 30 seconds to tell she was having fun but had to go. When I picked her up on Friday she dried different tears because she didn't want to leave. The staff at RVR was amazing - the communication prior to and during camp is excellent. We have already signed up for two weeks next year (2018).

We continue to be thankful for the great ministry team at RVR. What a blessing for our kids to spend time in such a beautiful spot with such well-designed facilities and such talented, creative and intentional Christian leaders. God bless you for all you are doing to help kids know and follow Jesus!
