Took my 7 year old to get his first eye exam. I also explained to the doctor that my child was autistic. She didn't respect the fact that he doesn't make eye contact or look certain directions. She became annoyed with my child. I will take him to a pediatric eye doctor or one that has more patience and understanding with children who have limitations. I was also not happy about the tone she took with my entire family.

It's refreshing to know that when you visit a clinic for the first time, you go home satisfied with a smile on your face. The staff in this clinic are all nice, very professional and make you feel relaxed. My daughter goes to the same clinic each year for her routine checks and she tells me the same thing. I will surely recommend this to all my friends.

Excellent customer service with my first exam in about 20 years. Dr. Laughinghouse was very personable and very smooth process. After exam, she directed me to go up front and pick out frames. Mary Beth picked my glasses for me. The first pair that she picked up for me to try, Perfect. Just what I wanted. I intend to make this my Eye Doctor and tell anyone that asks how I was treated, I will let them know that it was very pleasant and friendly staff. Quite refreshing. Will return and my husband was satisfied beyond belief.

I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. The staff was friendly and really tried to make my very nervous 9 year old feel better. The wait time was reasonable. The office was clean but small. There isn't much room for more than just the patient so it was little tight with my son and myself. Dr. Risk was friendly and truly seemed to care about my son's eye issues. The only down side was that while Dr. Risk was explaining the issues to me, I felt as though he was speaking to me like I was a child. His expressions and phrases used would work great if he were only speaking to my son, but he used the same tone for me as well.
