I recently wanted to make sure my apartment didnt have any mold due to hearing some neighbors have some issues with mold in the apartment complex I live in. The leasing office hires a certain company to do the mold inspection and remediation work. I however, wanted to make sure that the leasing office and company they hired were doing the right thing and being truthful. I contacted Risk Free Serv to consult with them in regards to the outcome of the inspection and shared the report with them. Mohamad was extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. He reviewed the report and asked me what they were doing to handle a couple leaks that caused some high moisture in my apartment. After discussing with Mohamad the outcome of the report and what the company was doing to address the results, I felt so much better and had peace of mind that what was being done was in my best interest to prevent mold growth and/or exposure. I will definitely be using Risk Free Serv in the future for any future issues I have related to water damage and mold issues. The service was absolutely exceptional!
