  Hands down the very best. I had one particular issue with my ankle. I saw a slew of doctors, an ankle 'specialist', had an x-ray and an MRI scan and no one could tell me what was causing me pain. Matt figured it out and fixed it in about 10 minutes. He also gave me the knowledge to prevent / treat it myself moving forwards. Amazing.

  I have been going to PBT the better part of 7 years, and it has changed my life, especially as I age. I’m a very a active person, but I also work long hours at a computer. When I make time to take care of my body with PBT it benefits me in my physical and mental health. Whether it’s my neck and stress from work or my hips from snowboarding and cycling, PBT helps me relieve pain and course correct for regular body maintenance and health. I’m so grateful for this team of professionals!!

  After working with Matt for a few weeks, I’m extremely happy with my results and would recommend Pro Body Therapy to anyone looking for pain relief.
  
  Prior to my appointments, I was experiencing tightness and pain in my neck and upper back. After just one 60-minute session, I could tell my range of motion had significantly improved and the intensity of the pain was noticeably reduced. In the weeks following, I’ve experienced almost all of my pain symptoms gone.
  
  What makes PBT different from numerous other massages I’ve tried is how knowledgeable and intuitive their work is. Matt is extremely friendly, professional, easy to trust, and somehow knows EXACTLY what is needed to relieve pain.   I have been working with Matt for almost a year now. As someone who has to stand in one position for long periods of time for my work, I had resigned myself to a lifetime of neck and back pain. To my pleasant surprise, after my first appointment Matt helped explain it doesn't have to be that way. His mix of background, training, knowledge and experience are truly unique. He listened and customized the treatment to my specific needs. The service they provide also included a maintenance plan and what I could do at home to continue to be pain free. I highly recommend them.

  I've been seeing Josh for the past 7 months and I feel a world of difference when he works on me! As a avid martial arts enthusiast I'm constantly beat up and sore. When Josh works me, hes able to get into all the tricky spots where trigger points like to hide. For example, I've had issue with knots near my rhomboids, and in past, many massage therapists just weren't able to get to the spots. Josh has this great sense of the body and knows exactly where to go next. It's obvious he puts a great deal of care and consideration into his sessions. Every session is different, so its not the same thing each time. If you're an athlete looking for deep and quality body work massage Josh is your guy! Hands down, Josh is one of the best bodyworkers I've worked with!
