They do not put the customer first. I went there to purchase a vehicle and ended up test driving one for almost 6 WEEKS before someone got back in touch with me, even though I tried to reach out for an update. When they did get back in touch with me they had no information to provide to me on the actual vehicle I was test driving. Terrible customer service. In the end I purchased from MacDonald Motors, Bridgton and have never been happier!

Thanks to the excellent team at Ripley & Fletcher, my recent lease of a Fusion SE was a very positive experience. Everyone at the dealership treated me as a valuable customer, even though it was my first experience with the dealership. Scott Martel, the sales person, was the best. Professional, patient and friendly. While helping me find the vehicle that had all the features I wanted, I was grateful that he did not try to entice me with a vehicle that had options I did not care about. And he even preset options from the menu on the car I chose, based upon my test drive the previous day. Thanks again Scott! Tracy was very helpful, patiently answering my many questions. Hank also was a pleasure to work with. He quickly got me through the closing process. I have been recommending Ripley & Fletcher to my neighbors, many of who stop by to admire the car. In addition, my recent experience with the service department makes me feel like I made a good decision to obtain this vehicle at your dealership. Thanks again..

We are very happy with our experience at Ripley and Fletcher Ford, we had a great salesperson who listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us into buying anything. The vehicle we wanted was not on their lot so they found one for us and had it ready for pickup in 2 days time. I highly recommend this dealership!!! If I had to pick just one thing that I liked the best it would be the NO PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT!

I can not say enough about Joe and his staff. I have purchased two vehicles here in the past 5 months and could not be happier. The service department even did a repair on my vehicle when I stopped into make an appointment. The service manager came out and took care of it himself. Joe may be a new owner but he really knows how to treat his customers and all of the sales staff was great.

Looking at some of the older reviews I hope you remember Joe has made all the needed changes and you will be satisfied if you take the time to stop in.
