  I shopped today 4 days before Christmas. I was trying to find something and a young girl who worked there ask me if I needed help. She helped me find four items I needed. With her help I was almost in and out real quick. Thank you so much for your help!

  Does not enforce their own "20 items or less" registers. Employees at those registers have been told NOT to deny anyone. So people with over flowing carts hold up other people with less than 20 items. Why even have a "20 items or less" register if you're not going to enforce it ??? No fast in and out. Hint: KROGER enforces theirs. Talked to management twice, nothing.

  I really like both Riesbecks in Zanesville. The store off Underwood is the better of the two. Staff very friendly and helpful. Store is always clean, inside and out. My only complaint is the prices.

  Pretty cheap. Got great deals. Easy to get to. Makes getting that last minute item for making meals quick and easy.

  Found everything I needed very easy,the aisles are marked good. The cashier was soo friendly. The older gentleman that was bagging the grocery nerds to learn how to do it. The bags were heavy,crackers were between two big cans of tomato juice. The sausage was in with the cookies and he wasn't friendly.

  Have a large variety of everything, well stocked shelves, and staff that seem to actually want to help you find things. Wish I lived closer.

  They offer free fruit for kids while you're shopping! The prices are a little higher but it's convenient and the customer service is great.
