Getting a gift card was a pain in the butt, they only had $10.00 cards on the rack-- cashiers did not have blank ones at the registerI was told to go to the customer service station,that they could get me one.There was only one lady working at the customer service,needless to say-I waited 20 mintues,just to get a gift card.I wasnt happy.I understand Xmas time.but for all the services that station takes care of..You would think they would have more than 1 person working.MY suggestion is,not only have more than 1 person working- but put more cards out on the rack with different nominal amounts other than $10.00.Also,having them at each register would help as well.Let the employee at the register be allowed to get u a gift card for any amount u need.

Love, love the Respect that was given to us was AWESOME.. We went to purchase food for a wake after a funeralmy wife basically asked for all of the fried chicken, Ross the chicken boy said "all of it " we said yes we need food for about 40 people.I guess he was upset that he just cooked it and now had to cook more.the manager didn't see anything wrong with our complaint.excuse me, but aren't you in the business of selling food.what the hell it's your job, go make more thenprices have risen after the numerous annoying commercials appeared on the evening news..I guess we have to pay for that too. Gone Kroger-ing for the forsee able future.

I found things that Kroger's doesn't sell anymore. The only thing I missed was Lipton Raspberry Tea. I guess no one sells that any longer. So I'm now trying Snapple Raspberry Tea.

Good produce, bakery, meat department, and beer selection. Deli is acceptable. Not too much in the way of trendy or specialty foods, but they have gotten better over the years. Baggers will take your groceries to your car if you need help. Nice cashiers. If you need a birthday cake personalized in a hurry, call here.

Great selection of food and organic foods. It's a lil pricey though. Otherwise I like this store. Always great customer service! They even take your groceries to your car and help you load them in! :)

I stopped in on a Saturday evening while my clothes were drying at the laundromat around the corner. I only needed three items..Not one of the employees in any area of the store could tell me where to find chili spice mixI did finally locate it and when I went to the cashierthe only register open there were 7 people in front of me. An employee told me I could cash out in the customer service lineand I moved to that line. Apparently I was standing in front of the access to that desk coz the employee that just finished vacuming dropped her vacuum on the floorthrew her hand on her hip and glared at me. I asked her if the was a problem and she cocked her head to the side and pointed at me. I saidso you got a problem with me? She said I need behind the counter.I didnt even know I was blocking it.I will never buy anything from there againuntrained and ignorant employees dont float my boat.

Have great organic and non-organic produce section. One of the best bakeries around. Their donuts are superb and are highly recommend. Also have good selection of local produce.
