Excellent customer service! Very clean and inviting facility and the Urgent Care wing looked fully equipped. I would absolutely recommend them and I would go there again!!! January 2022
June 2022 Second visit
Being treated compassionately is as important as the medical treatment. I went to 2 different urgent cares on the day of my treatment. The one closer to my home made we wait and sent me away with treatment. Whereas at Ridgeline all factors were considered and I was given the best care available.response / report this review -

I love Ridgeline! The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. When I’ve had to bring my kids to my appointments, my toddler has gotten little prizes to keep him happy. They called to check in on me a few days after I was seen for mastitis. I just have felt so seen and have loved my experiences! Monica is my favorite, but I haven’t had a single issue with any other provider. I love that there is the urgent care side for last minute things too. It’s so easy!

Dr Spencer and the Ridgeline staff were so welcoming and made us feel right at home! The nurse even brought a box of toys and goodies for the kids to choose from while we waited. Dr Spencer was wonderful with my 3 and 5 year old. They weren’t scared one bit with his friendly and outgoing personality. He was thorough, direct and made me feel like he was taking care of one of his own children. Very impressed with Ridgeline Urgent Care!

Everyone was very helpful. Service that took me back even though I was early. The dr. And assistant were very knowledgeable. Explained that I am truly a fall risk. They are right. Hard to think I truly need a lot of help. Raised by very strict Military parents I just don’t want to disappoint them as they are in heaven looking down on me. Thank you for a great first visit 👍

Ridgeline is full of great people. Monica is my hero and keeps me feeling great. Scott is who I want to be when I grow up. Amber is super friendly and always makes you feel comfortable. Really all of the staff and providers are great. Keep up the good work!
