  My mother and sister lived in a 2 bedroom apartment for almost 2 years until they both passed away a couple months apart. The staff was great. Even during the height of Covid they keep the place going. The only negative is the AC was load in the living room and the person living above them made noise. They were sensitive to any noise, but I think that goes along with living on the bottom floor of an apartment. Too many people to thank for their kindness and for all they did.

  This facility is inviting from the moment you park your car. It is beautiful and clean. The manager, Rick Herbert, is always approachable, positive, and just a good- heated person! I was invited to the car show last year and had a blast! The cars were so much fun to look at and the activities were fun. I'm looking forward to going again this year!

  My grandfather has been at Discovery Village for almost a year and while we have had a few bumps in the road as you do with any place, the staff has taken the time to listen to our family when it comes to any requests or concerns we may have and have actually executed on their promises. A few of the standout staff members are Mattie, Roxanna and Ron. They have gone above and beyond for us with everything! I encourage anyone who is looking at assisted living facilities to consider discovery village.

  I had my mother at two facilities in San Antonio before I found Discovery Village at Dominion. Each had its pluses and minuses. The decision to move her to Discovery Village Assisted Living was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
  
  Their attention to detail was amazing, especially during COVID. They kept the residents safe. Activities were a special part of my mother's life at Discovery Village, the food was healthy and delicious, and the environment warm and friendly.
  
  Caring is the one thing you hope exists in a facility where your loved one resides. That seems to be the mission at Discovery Village Assisted Living. From maintenance to housekeeping, physical therapy to fun activities, the staff each loved my mother from the day she arrived until the day she passed away.
  
  Thank you Discovery Village for the love and care you gave my mother.

  I love living here. My apartment is fantastic. I have met so many wonderful friends. We have a lot of fun!
  We also have a terrific IL Director, Rick Herbert.
