  Awesome experience, bought a nice used car with Louise. He was very upfront and honest, and after buying my vehicle there was minor technical windshield wiper defect and he replaced it immediately on a Saturday morning. After that, I would refer him to anyone. Thank you for your honesty and holding up to your word.

  The team at Ride Plaza made the purchase of my car the most pleasurable experience in my 30 years of purchasing vehicles. Louis Pena was friendly, honest, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the purchase of my vehicle. There was a "no pressure" approach which was very refreshing. Louis were amazing at answering all my questions with patience and care. Louis allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a thorough inspection before agreeing to purchase the vehicle . I never experience such care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend the team at Ride Plaza.   My son had been shopping for a truck when I came across Ride Plaza through using the KBB website. We live 2 1/2 hrs away but it was well worth the drive. Louis is a good and fair businessman; did everything he said he was going to do. He told us, upfront, the truck needed a repair and he took care of the repairs. And, we have a 90 day power train warranty, at no added cost to us. The pricing on the truck was fair.

  I wanted to take a moment and express my sincerest appreciation for the way Louis Pena and his team took care of my son with his first car purchase. Not only did Louis sell the car at a very fair price, but he also took the time to recommend financing options outside of his regular in-house standards that will be a tremendous benefit to my son’s life outside of the vehicle. The car runs great and my son and I could not be happier with the purchase. Thanks again for your professionalism and fantastic service.
