We scheduled an appointment for 6pm so that I could be there to ask questions or answer any they may have.

They showed up at 11am, while I was at work, swore to my fiancé that the appointment was for 10am in either case you're both late and or way too early for the appointment.

Was unable to locate the duct work in question; it took me about 30seconds to find it after bushing aside about 1 inch of insulation in the attic. Par for the course I suppose as they were initially unsure if they had arrived at the correct home to begin with. This was after having sent them our address and our house number is clearly visible (from the street) with 3 inch numbers on the pillar closest to the door.

Started off so badly that their estimate / proposal wasn't even viewed or considered for the job.
