Great choices for craft beers; ice cold Keybilly is a favorite. Entertainment and staff were top notch and the views from street and upper levels were spectacular!

The front door bouncer needs to be trained on friendly service. You are checking id's and welcoming people into an establishmemt to spend money. Your ( I think the name is Josh) rudeness does not establish authority, it was comical to say the least. We love the atmosphere and the bartendars are wonderful!

Rick's has like 5 different bar areas all with their own vibe. Exploring them all is a fun activity in of itself. Drink prices are a bit ridiculous ($14 doubles in cups that would be singles at other places) and a strip club being attached to the bar may not be everyone's cup of tea. Very popular during spring break however when they do cheap drink specials for the college kids. Worth checking out, but not a go-to spot for regulars.

Daytime great service good bartender! Evening bartender no so much. Seemed she went for the large orders. I waited 40min for a draft and bar was not busy. Overall good prices and nice location.

Joanne is absolutely amazing I would come back just to see her. No one waits for drinks, she is attentive, listens, personable I am a bartender so I am not fussy but it is so refreshing to go to a bar and see someone who takes pride in their job. First time to key west and I would come back here every shift she works. She's awesome

I am a local. I love this place. But one bouncer eventually ruined it. He's overweight white with a beard. Lookout. He will over dramatic things while the other bouncers will not. Great place to party but if you see him lookout!! He is rude and will ruin the whole experience for you!! Lookout.

Our bartender, Miguel was very entertaining and establishes wonderful rapport with his customers! We came back a second time because of him. Clean bar with a huge beer and wine selection. Open to the outside so it's a great place for smokers, and those who choose not to smoke aren't choked out. If you go bar-hopping on Duval Street, make sure Rick's is on your itinerary!
