Amazing trip out to the reef! Coming from London it was a breath of fresh air with Shane our captain who was very professional and super fun. Rob the owner is the coolest most chilled out guy you will meet. These guys can arrange anything to kiss those city blues away.

This place was great. They offer a wide selection of unique drinks, tacos and hot sauces! Very fresh and flavorful. Great spot and environment for anyone! Service was great by the way! Very friendly and accommodating. I recommend!

Not for serious sportsmen. This could be a suitable outfitter for families looking to paddle around some pretty backcountry, though.
First of all, we booked a private fishing tour, and found out when we got to the dock they were trying to put us together with another group and only fish for about an hour.
Secondly, while they can take you to very pretty spots on a great vessel, their fishing equipment was rusted, cheap, and frankly not fit for use on a charter. We had to show the captain how to rig a shrimp tailless.
Thirdly, the captain was relaxed to a fault and did not take our concerns seriously.
Finally, the snorkeling is just not all that great in key west; the reefs are in much better shape between marathon and Islamorada. This is not the fault of the company.

Stopped in on my way to my hotel from the airport and ended up going back everyday I was in Key West. Great selection of beer, awesome service, fresh healthy happy ingredients. This place cannot be beat. Throughly enjoyed my eco tour as well with Capt. Shane, he put us on fish and took us to some very cool secluded areas. Highly recommend!

We were looking for an "off the beaten path" afternoon and called Mellow Ventures. We don't like crowds and this company offers very personalized excursions, whether you want to go snorkeling, paddle boarding or just hang out at your "very own private beach" for a few hours.

We first had an awesome tasty lunch at their restaurant/tavern. We then spent the afternoon with George, who took us to see dolphins, spent some time on Boca Grande and then some additional snorkeling on the way back.

Yes, you pay a bit more for the benefit of not dealing with a crowd, but it's well worth it. We would definitely love to come back again.

Me and my girlfriend were in keywest for the 2nd time and this place was recommended. The eco tour we went on was amazing. Saw dolphins sea turtles and a bunch of beautiful fish while scuba. The captain was amazing taught us the paddle board and we were off. So happy we did it

We took a mellow venture eco tour half day while on vacation. Lisa was very knowledgable on the ocean life. She made sure we were able to see a variety of stuff while on the paddle boards and the boat. She was friendly and a great tour guide! We enjoyed it so much, we ended up going on a full day tour with more of our family.
The full day was great! Will was our tour guide for the day. He took us to new places so we would see different things and have a different experience from the half day. Another great day!
I would highly recommend Mellow Ventures to everyone! They are great people and will ask you what you want to get out of your experience and then proceed. You will not be stuck on a boat of 50 or 100 others. Its more enjoyable and worth every penny!

This is the best kept secret in Key West. If you are looking for a private tour of some of the best water and paddle boarding, this is the place.

We did a half day Eco tour of the mangroves on paddle boards today and the water was absolutely beautiful. You know all that colorful water you see from the bridge coming in, well you got to play in that today. By far this is the best adventure you will find in Key West.

Our guide Lisa was very knowledgeable of all the plant and aquatic life around the island. We found Cassiopeia (the upside down jellyfish), a couple of sharks, lots of southern rays, and many different types of fish.

Afterwards we floated in the ocean and chatted the rest of the day away. It was so relaxing that we did not want to leave. Ask for Lisa when you want a tour, you will not be disappointed.
