Jerry Mugar, designer for Rick and Nancy’s, came to my house to do the measurements for my window coverings and to help me choose what would go the best with my decor. He was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable, had such creative ideas, and was extremely detailed in his suggestions. Not only that, he was friendly and personable. I had a great time picking everything out, and I can’t wait until installation day to see the beautiful results!

I ordered 2 silhouette blinds for glass sliding doors in my living room on December 18th 2020. Rick came to our home and helped us choose the perfect color from samples that he brought to us. He explained that since it was before the holidays, we could anticipate about 5 weeks for delivery. You can imagine my surprise when I got the phone call that the blinds had arrived and were ready to be installed on January 12th! Under 4 weeks. The installer, Charles , was very professional.
I will definitely be using Rick and Nancy’s in the future for additional work in my home. They were friendly, honest, professional and delivered a quality product.

I have used other well-known window treatment firms in the past, but will definitely use Rick & Nancy's from now on. They were very professional and so pleasant to work with. Also, I didn't realize what a difference there could be in installation work, but Charles did a fantastic job, without any of the hassles I had encountered with other firms. He was super efficient, neat, and attentive to detail. And, my new window treatments look great!

Rick and Nancy installed all my shutters and drapes four years ago.
I recently hired them to install new outdoor drapes in my pavilion.
WOW!! They look gorgeous!! I couldn't be happier..Joe and Charlie
arrived as scheduled and completely the job very quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend Rick and Nancy to everyone who is particular as they

Sandy was very helpful, attentive to detail and pleasant to talk with, my sales representative had a huge knowledge of the drapery business which made it easy for me in making an informative decision and guiding me thru the purchase process.
