Me and my family moved here two years ago and we always wanted to go try this place. We lived right across from the little plaza where it was located. It took us a whole year and then some to finally decide to go and it was Great ! Friendly customer service . Food is really great me and my boyfriend agree that Riccio's has better Alfredo then Olive Garden . Also if your feeling like Pizza this place has good pizza and it's a nice place to dine in with the family. If your new to Charlotte or just visiting this is a place I recommend trying.

Mom and Pop place with excellent good and a plethora of choices. Restaurant kind of off the beaten path in an office park in Charlotte so there is plenty of parking.

Wow! Recommended by a friend and have already brought a co-worker to also enjoy this place.
Walk in to an aroma of garlic and butter, then taste it with the garlic knots. Large portions, so you'll have enough for a second meal later. Have tried the snapper and veal francaise and loved both. Highly recommend!

45min-1hour wait for delivery time. Go in for pick up instead and it's not even busy! Also was $30 for a medium pizza and side salad. Food is good there but just doesn't seem worth it

I have never had a bad experience dining in or ordering take out. Both food and service are ALWAYS EXCELLENT! My daughter and her friends also eat there often and have the same excellent experience (their age ranges are 21-25).
