I am very particular over who cuts my sons hair I was looking on the Internet for barbershops for kids. When I came across ribbetsalon to shop for kids I thought to myself That looks cool for young kids I seen pictures of children in cars getting their haircut so I called and made an appointment the lady on the phone was very nice however when I got there there were no cars for the children to get in the cut their hair I drove almost 40 minutes to get my sons haircut and she charge me $16 my son is not even two years old yet that is very expensiveI will not be going back there their prices are expensive and I had to tell her to cut The top of my son's head only tipped her five dollars
I like this salon and think they do a nice job with the cuts, but every time I call there is no answer. Once I left a message and called about 5 times over three days. I thought they had closed down. Three days later I got a call back saying "they had a lot going on". But it was not just the one time. I would prefer to take my kids here but I'm sick of not getting through to schedule an appointment and may start going elsewhere. I don't have time to chance a walk-in. Hire a receptionist!!
Wowrude rude rude. No answer when I called so just came on in. Walk in and we don't even get a hello or acknowledged whatsoever. We sit down and wait. One person is working and as soon as they're done, they leave. We are still sitting there..mind you we are the only people in there. I have to walk up to the desk yet again and tell her I would like to get my child's hair cut. She was so rude and acted so bothered that I was there, that we just left. I will take my business elsewhere, no problem!!!
Went for a mini pedicure for my 6 year old daughter and it was horrendous. I paid but will never go back.
Today I took my child here for our first time, I tried to call in advance to set up an appointment but no answer. So we did a walk in and the staff was very friendly. I was told there was about a 50 minute wait, which was fine so my son and I took a seat and played while we waited for his hair cut. When I read the sign the prices seemed pricey, $16 for a hair cut, wash, light style, and blow dry. Usually it only costs us $9, but I figured we would give it a try for the experience. When it was his turn for a hair cut, he asked to sit in the car chair but the hairdresser said no because the light bulb was out so she had him sit in a regular chair. Which was no big deal to us, just slightly annoying because I was hoping he would get the full experience. Regarlsess, she put on the t.v show my child requested and was very friendly. I payed the full price and left a tip on our way out. It wasn't until I got home to actually look at his hair cut (my mistake). It is by far the worst hair cut he has ever had. Completely uneven, butchered the side burns, and much much shorter then I had asked for it. I am completely unsatisfied with the turn out, and will never go back. I would not recommend anyone take their child here.
Great place for kids haircut.
Wonderful place. Great atmosphere for our boys. Would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone with children.
Called 3 times, no pickup of the phone. Walked in and waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged, even then it wasn't a hello, it was asking me who I was. Walked out, they couldn't have cared less.
I always take my 2 little kids to Ribbet. Once I cheated to save a little bit of money and I regretted it! I had to take them into Ribbet the same day to have their haircuts fixed. I will never cheat again! The staff is so experienced with squirmy little ones. You truly receive the best service for your money. Also they have a nice play space where your kids can play. My kids love Ribbet! And I love all their organic hair products they have for sale.
