In all honesty, my first impression (from the outside) looked like it would just be one of your average cheap and dumpy motels. BUT when my boyfriend and I walked in there I was very surprised at what I saw! It was super clean! Furniture was really nice. Bathroom was a nice size and very clean. And a huge king size bed. It was so soft that I felt like I just sunk right into it. Good job guys! I would totally stay there again!

Very nice! Newly rennovated! Clean, fresh, and the parking spot is just outside the door of each room - super convenient. Will for sure check availability next time we visit Ventura.

Very clean, well equipped and spacious room. The Wi-Fi was bad though, which for us (tourists in the US) was important.

Excellent. The room was clean and looked modern, something I'd expect from a high end hotel. Fully equipped appliances, beautiful flooring and gorgeous shower. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff was leinient with out slightly late check out due to our traveling with small children, and they were completely understanding. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this place.

Everywhere else was booked or way expensive. We were able to check in early and it was $100. Rooms look nice. You can tell they were old but they have done some work to make them look nice. Compared to the other places this was a deal.

I had room 108. It was big enough for 2 persons including luggage. Fridge and microwave were in the room. Parking lots directly in front of the door. It was quiet and clean.
