  Michelle was outstanding from our first contact through the full process of signing up for Medicare Insurance! Never pushy. Never a "typical" insurance agent looking for a sale, but helpful in understanding what we wanted and needed, and suggesting rather than telling us what we "should" get. My first 2 contacts with Michelle were informational only with no intent to purchase, and she was very helpful even though I obviously wasn't going to buy insurance form her. It was, in fact, her attitude of helping me get my questions answered that actually led me back to her when I was ready to purchase. I can't say enough good things about my interaction with her, even with follow-up questions and looking for general insurance advice. Highly recommended!!!

  Got my disability insurance to protect my income from work. My agent helped me determine my needs and she got me covered for a very reasonable cost. Peace of mind is priceless! Thank you for all your help.

  Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Set me up with my accident and disability policy and got me a great rate for my car insurance. Very pleased with the service. Will continue to use this agency.
