Dr. Retief is a God-send! Both my parents have had skin cancer multiple times, and Dr. Retief is the first to do a serious exam while noting and taking pictures of suspect spots. She also removed a place on my face that I’ve hated for years. Check out the progression over 6 weeks! Another derm had destroyed that part of my face with a scoop, and it looks so, so, so much better.

My first visit to Retief and I’ll def be back. Ofc staff is personable and Dr Retief herself is very friendly and my services were provided quickly and painlessly. I was referred there by some friends and I’ll def refer them moving forward

Why did I came to this place? Why? I must have been out of my mind coming here a year ago. This place sucks, I still have my scars from my last treatment here, and they can’t do anything about it, don’t recommend anyone going here.

I came in for my appointment on time and after an hour of sitting in the waiting room I eventually went up to the front desk and asked because no came and talked to me. I was about to leave because my appointment was an hour ago and finally someone came out and I spent another 30 mins waiting. I came in for a 15 min consultation and spent two hours there. I was still charged the 50 dollars.

Best experience at Retief Skin Center. I had terrible red bumps under my eyes and cheeks. Tammy and Dr Retief did some Fractora treatments on me and the bumps were gone!! Highly recommend this Skin Center. Customer service is spot on and Tammy is the sweetest!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.SPOKE WITH A SO CALL OFFICE MANAGER OF TAMMY MATTHEWSTHIS LADY IS VERRRRY PREJUDICE WITH BAD BAD BAD CUSOTMER SERVICE. I ORDER A PRODUCT A WEEK AGO AND I'M IN THE SAME TOWN AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. THEY COULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE TRACKING FROM THE POST OFFICE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS. THEN SHE GOES ON TO TELL ME THAT THE POST OFFICE DOES NOT ISSUE TRACKING AND THEN SHE STATES THATS NOT THEIR POLICY TO ISSUE OUT TRACKING. DR RETIEF YOU SHOULD HIRE A DIFFERENT STAFF. THEY ARE VERY RUDE. ALONG WITH THE OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CHRIS B??? WORST COMPANY EVER.

I work in the healthcare industry so I am a bit picky but WOW! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and was taken back for my appointment within minutes. The doctor and assistant were wonderful, she diagnosed and treated me right there. The check out desk was again very friendly and the cost was minimal. I will be referring all my patients to this great clinic!

I never actually saw Dr. Retief. Saw the PA who would not look at any other spots on my body except for the place on my face that was a flat area that I had excised. I asked about a place on my neck and she made me go across the hall to see the aesthetician, who proceeded to poke on my neck with no results. I was charged over $500 and they tried to sell my products. I will never go back - unprofessional is an understatement.

I have been a patient of Dr. Retiefs for years for both Botox and Skin Care and and she is Amazing!! She has always done a phenomenal job! The Buff Rx Products have been wonderful for my skin and I love that they are custom made. Her office staff has always been extremely friendly and overly accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Retief!
