  Russ was referred by my insurance company and I am so happy we chose to proceed with the repairs. He was incredibly helpful and thorough when explaining the repairs and process to me. This was my first home owner's claim and he helped make the process very easy.

  We couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision to use Lawrenz Contracting. Russ was a real pleasure in every aspect of the process, from the original inspection all the way to cleanup. He and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful regarding dealing with our homeowner’s insurance, material selection, and all the work completed in a very timely manner. We love the job done and would highly recommend to anyone.

  Couldn’t have been happier with the choice of going with this company.
  Russ Lawrenz was with me every step of the way. He explained what to expect with insurance and was timely in his replies to any questions I had.
  
  On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside.
  
  The roof went on and looks great. Clean up was far superior to other crews that have done houses around us, with bits of trash and even nails left in the street. When they left it was clean, and after watching them comb my lawn with a magnet, I feel comfortable sending my son back out to play.
  
  I would highly recommend Lawrenz Contracting!

  I’m certainly excited to share this review with the Google Community in regards to Lawrenz Contracting LLC. From the start, Ryan Williams explained what we could expect with the insurance side of things, answered any questions we had about it, and kept us informed as to what the next steps would be. After talking with the insurance, we formulated a plan as to what we wanted to do with both the roof and gutters that needed to be replaced. I advised Ryan we were going to sell the home soon and he made terrific recommendations on the most attractive color combinations that buyers prefer. Actual replacement started within the week and they did a fantastic job on both the installation and cleanup afterwards. With all this being said, we were able to sell our home and were under contract within 5 days. I can’t thank Lawrence Contracting LLC enough for a job well done and the seamless transaction my wife and I experienced. Highly Recommend!

  Russ was recommended to me and when I talked with him he responded the same day with a quote which was a fair price for the new roof we needed. We agreed to go ahead and he was able to remove and replace our existing roof in one day on the day we agreed on. Juan and his crew did an excellent job, including installing a new porch roof prior to installing the new roof. Workmanship was excellent, along with cleanup and trash removal. I would use Russ again for any roofing repairs I need and highly recommend him.
