  This is the property purchased by Stony Brook University from Flowerfield Gyrodyne through eminent domain to develop into a research and development campus.
  
  This campus consists on building 17 which consists of administrative offices including the University procurement department and the facilities planning group. There is also the CEWIT and AERTC buildings.
