  Great donuts, but they run out early sometimes. Everyone in this town loves this place.

  I am new to the area.I heard so many great things about this bakery. So I ordered some chocolate cupcakes with purple icing for Mothers Day. I got there to recieve vanilla cupcakes with barely any white icing and little purple flowers. Had to ask for more icing to be applied. Which made them very ugly. But what's a cupcake without icing? The staff was very rude and made excuses and actually blamed me as I had the order forms in my hand with what I wanted. I understand mistakes are made. As I ran an Italian Bistro for a few years. I would have never let one of my customers especially a first time customer leave disappointed. I would have gone above and beyond to give them what they ordered as its thier cash coming out of thier pocket. If this meant staying late to redo thier whole order offering a discount and my sincere apology. Instead I got excuses and left very disappointed. Will consider giving them another try if the atmosphere is better next time.
