As a newly established powder coating company starting from the ground up, we chose Reliant Finishing Systems because of their history of expertise in the field and their direct equipment manufacturing ability. The sales staff was very hands-on and helpful in determining what it was that we needed and getting us quick pricing. The installers were efficient and precise and made the process easy. We were kept informed throughout the purchase process. However, more importantly than that was what occurred after the install.
Immediately, we realized that we did not need all the equipment we purchased for the specific types of coating we planned to offer. Reliant Finishing Systems made the returns process seamless and easy. In addition, their knowledgeable sales staff was proactive in determining alternative solutions for equipment to best streamline our process. When problems with the equipment occurred, the company immediately began troubleshooting with us and working towards abatement. The CEO and President themselves oversaw the immediate repair and adjustments necessary to get us online and running as quickly as possible.
Not only was their presale customer service above and beyond expectation, but the customer service after the fact was even more so and for that we are grateful.
Even to this day as we encounter new obstacles in the powder coating process, Reliant is readily available with a quick phone call to offer helpful advice as well as links to resources to help train us to gain expert knowledge of the equipment and coating process. This company truly lives up to its name by providing reliable service and support in addition to quality, top-of-the-line equipment making us a competitive force in our industry. There were a lot of companies available from which to purchase our equipment and I am certainly glad we made the right choice. Thank you for your continued excellence.

We purchased our Reliant equipment from a distributor which was not the most pleasant experience. After receiving no help at all from said distributor (other than that prior to the sale) I turned to reliant. They were the high point of this whole transaction. We have had their equipment for over 3 years now and other than a couple small problems, (mostly fine tuning in the beginning) we have had great luck. Aaron was and continues to be, my first point of contact. Alway pleasant and always a huge help in getting things worked out. Jeff and Hal in service have been life savers. They have returned my calls even on the weekends. Thats worth more than you know. And now that I can buy parts directly from them, all of my service items are bought directly from Reliant. Doug has been great to work with to get me what I need. These guys are awesome to work with and the equipment is simple and works well. I highly recommend them.

We purchased our equipment about a year ago. The equipment itself is of good quality and workmanship. The guys were eager to get our equipment installed and ever offered to do the install over Easter weekend last year.

My only complaint is that when the setup guy came to install/train he only setup and trained on the oven, Not the powder spraying system or the steam generator system Reliant sold us. These were not super difficult to figure out on our own, but having no powder coating experience, we would have liked to get a basic crash course on these items as well.

Overall we are happy with our equipment.
