  Brayden was out the next day to figure out what was wrong. He found it quickly without any problems. He had to get the part the next day but was back 10 AM. Had it all back together working like new fast. They definitely know what they're doing. Only place at the lake I could even get ahold of let alone come out n fix something. God bless you Tom's Air Conditioning! You guys are Christmas in a cup!

  I called Tom's first thing in the morning because the day before the weather was warm and I noticed the outside AC condenser was not running when the furnace fan was. The service technician showed up THAT DAY and found the problem that was only a corroded wire. The diagnosis and repair were terrific and the technician was a nice guy and true professional. I will for sure call them again if I ever need help again!

  We were so happy with Tom's service. They came on time, covered their shoes and worked quickly. Our service person was very friendly and efficient. We were up and running in half an hour. Very impressed with this company. Thank you, Tom's.
