Amazing pizza! I read that it's good but was still amazed at how good it is. We were lucky to come when the place wasn't busy and got a table right away. Service was great and the atmosphere is super relaxed. My kids loved their pizza as well.
Edit: we're already back home in Montreal and my son just asked if we still have any leftovers from Regina 🍕 🍕 lol..

Great pizza. A bit of a wait but was definitely worth it. The only seats available were at the bar and we engaged the bartender, Steve, in some lively discussion.

Giant pie, perfect crust. Got sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms and it was excellent.

Fresh beer on tap too. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I had a roasted red pepper and grilled chicken pizza. The roasted red peppers we're very nice and garlicky. If you don't like garlic you may not like it. We went to this place before seeing a Boston Bruins game at TD Garden. This is a great before game place to go! Next time I'm in Boston I'm definitely going back.

To be honest, I'm shocked there aren't more reviews. Ask anyone on the North Shore, or in and around Boston: "What's the best pizza in Boston?" Their answer will almost always be, or at least include: "The original Regina location in the Old North End!" Having just returned from a trip around Europe (and spending time eating pizza around Italy), I can honestly say I found myself comparing the pizzas there to Regina's, as Regina's is the best pizza I've had in the US. While not true Italian style (Regina's is American-Italian style pizza, obviously), the fact that Regina's is good enough to warrant me thinking about their food while eating in Italy is a testament to just how good their pizza is. Some might argue that there's better pizza in NYC, or that there's other great pizza places in Boston (which there certainly are), but for most Bostonians this particular pizza is nostalgic and a testament to Boston's thriving culinary scene. Oh and they do take card, unlike the rest of the Old North End, so that's a plus.

This pizza reminds me of home. The flavors scream pizza pizza pizza. The slices are a little smaller than I'm used to, but the flavors are just freaking fantastic. The ingredients taste fresh and slices are made at order, you can definitely tell the difference, the wait is slightly longer, but it's well worth it. Clearly there is a reason this pizza place is so popular in Boston and why there is usually a line out the door. I'd be proud to share this with friends, and even brag about it. When you enjoy the regular slice more than a slice with toppings, you know right there This is damn good pizza

We waited for over an hour in line when the owner said it was about half as busy as normal. When we got in, it was a little squished and we had to sit right next to where the waiters were doing all there work. The pizza came out very quickly though and the quality was amazing. For us the pizza was way too over cooked, but that’s just the style. If you don’t want it as cooked just ask for it lightly cooked. I would recommend it, but not if you don’t have a long amount of time to wait.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. These guys have some great options as far as toppings, and are able to crank out pizzas quickly. The crust is the right thickness, and the topping are all fresh.

The staff is efficient and friendly. Would for sure make it a point to go back if I visit Boston again.

Regina Pizzeria claims a long history and attracts lot of locals as well as tourists. We have ordered a couple of medium pizzas, one cheese with couple of toppings and another veggie. They dump a lot of cheese and very light on veggies. Not very impressed with the quality of pizza and its taste next day. Other branded pizza houses have higher shelf life and freshness than these. Except a lot of cheese, we do not see any of the high taste that they sell their pizzeria.

The original and still the best! Great pizza and beer for good prices. Also best coca cola I've ever had (I think they put extra syrup in the coca cola there!)

Take my advice and don't get a cheese pizza, get a specialty pizza. You know it's good there because there is always a line any time of day, rain or shine. I stood in line during a snow storm once.

Highly recommended .

Regina Pizzeria is my favorite pizza place in MA! I've tried a few pizzas but my favorite is the Bianca Pizza. I love it with the arugula salad & even though it may be quite odd I put the the arugula salad on top of the Bianca Pizza. The taste is so reminiscent of Italian Pizza that I can't help myself, I have to indulge! For added ambience I prefer to sit next door in the little bar area. It's much nicer in terms of design & stays open later. Admittedly I eat here too much, but it's just so good I can't stop! Enjoy!

Rude staff, I called them for prices and they straight up insulted me. Last time I ate they kicked us out right after we finished our pizza. "time to go guys" Dont come here!

One of the top 3 pizzas of my life, if not the absolute best. The line might look long, but don't be discouraged. It moves fast and someone will check to seat you ahead of a larger party if something opens up (be respectful and leave promptly when you're finished so someone else can be seated!)

The thing that I think sets this place apart from other Italian pizzerias is that while they do the brick oven pizzas, they don't burn the crust to a blackened crisp with ashes falling off it like most other places. It's perfection here.

Good food, horrible service.
My pizza was good, I liked it! I had number 11.
My girlfriend said that her pizza was good as well although it didn't appear to have many roasted vegetables (the menu said roasted vegetables, number 35). The pizza had roasted peppers and onions.
The bad service is mainly to the guy who brought our pizzas to the table, I think his name was Matt, who literally threw my girlfriend's pizza on the table. That's totally unacceptable even at a pizza place.
I didn't complain to the management because I didn't want any discount or anything for free.
I tipped over 20 percent because I work in the industry and I know that people need their money but based on the service I shouldn't have done that.
Would I go back? Maybe, but if the service was bad I wouldn't tip.

Tasty Boston styled pizza.

I came here on a business trip, with a coworker that used to live in the area. THIS is the spot he recommended as the place in the area to get a "honest taste of Boston." What makes the pizza unique? The sauce and cheese practically blends together, and thin chewy crust.

Regina's build out is very honest and the walls are covered with things like actor head shots, signed and made out to Regina's, and other pieces of memorabilia that give the location a distinct flavor.

PROPS: This is a VERY casual mom-and-pop styled pizzeria.
SLOPS: It's a cozy little spot. When they're busy, it can be hard to find room to sit.
