Don't like when people over your room.. you can hear them making out .. that like am done with this motel..

I evacuated for Irma and I had the worst experience here. They allowed me to bring my crated pets which I did appreciated, but charged me a pet fee for each pet for each night I was going to stay ( I paid for 2 nights) It was late when I go there and a guy gave me a quick tour of the room, We were in and out in seconds. I was so exhausted after caring the crates and everything to the second floor that I laid on top of the bed to see what was going on with Irma. The tv was so loud but I could not adjust the volume it was broken. I asked what the wifi code was and was told I didnt get it in my room. I woke up the next morning to find little red bites on my leg, when I looked I found bugs on the bed I pulled the comforter back to find piss stained sheets. I told management that I would not be staying another night and he told me that there are no refunds. I told him I will be out before 11 am and he then again insisted that he would not refund me for the second night. I went back to the room to shower and load my truck only to find that I did not have towels or a shower curtain at this point I was so disgusted I just loaded and left.I am reaching out to several corporation including FEMA and PETA to report them for their illegal practices during a state of emergency. Pet fees are NOT to be charged during emergencies. I have several more pics and what I have written so far is not even half of the horrible experience I had at this place.

One star is to much! Roaches roaches roaches!!! Don't go here. We only looked at room and he didn't wanna give a refund back. And told us not to come back cause we didn't wanna stay in a nasty room Scums

Pretty nice place. It's friendly, so if you have a pet, bring them here to the Recency Inn. All in all, no complaints.

Worst motel ever. Bugs all over the place, molded vomit on the carpet, no door handles on the bathroom. I pulled the blanket back and there was water bugs. Disgusting.

Worst service ever. Paid for a room on the 9th, got kicked out the same day. Said since I paid before check out, I have to check out. I paid for a day not a couple of hours. Now I'm out $40 and I've got no money and nowhere to go.

Lots of interesting people stay around the area. The service at the front desk was great, but the rooms need maintenance.

It's just off the express way, easy to find and has nice service. The rooms aren't the best but for the price this place is great.

Trying to remodel, still a ways to go tho. During evacuation for a hurricane. Staff was really nice, but owners have language barrier & don't keep good records. Also some people "live here."
