It was a nice inn. But breakfast wasn't all that great. But other than that it was good!
Clean rooms and quietclose to shopping and variety of restaurants. Breakfast provided which makes excellent value for cost of room
In for two nights on a business trip. No complaints. Multiple Dining spots in close vicinity. Daily breakfast highlighted by waffle iron. Will stay again.
Room smelled somewhat of cigarette smoke. Dated decor. Acceptable price.
We have stayed in a days inn a bunch of times. This one wasn't terrible however, I have stayed in better. First night, air was broke and being at wild adventures all day that sucked. The lady at front desk offered to switch us that night but it was late and we was tired so we switched the next morning. That room was better but we did find black hair in the bathroom floor. We over looked it since the bath tub looked clean. Beds was clean and confy and the rooms was out dated. But as long as it's clean we can over look that. Front desk was nice and house keeping was helpful. We asked several times to bring extra towels and they did every time. I wasn't aware super 8 shared this hotel. Pool was crowded and gross looking. I guess if you are in a budget and are only staying a few nights it will work.
I had the worst experience at this particular facility. It is not okay to settle for anything especially when you are paying for services with your hard earned money and this particular early morning was absolutely just that anything. My family and I had come to visit a family member at the local college and we wanted to arrive early to get a head start on our day so we exited off of the expressway to this location which happens to be the first set of hotels one would see and my husband went into the
office while I stayed in the car with our children. He later returns and state that checkout time would be 12 noon but I remind you this is around 4:30ish a.m on a Sunday and also we were charged the rate for a Saturday and clearly it was Sunday morning, I then go into the office myself to get some clarification & was told that the way the hotel hours are set-up that it was Saturday rate until 7:30am Sunday morning(but it's already Sunday!!!! Hello!!!!) so that's also why checkout was at 11am. Okay here's where our nightmare begins (a lesson learned). We get our kids and headed up to the room and our first encounter is on a very outdated elevator but okay no bigge but then we get to the room and the door is already opened so my husband goes in ahead of the kids and myself & cut all of the lights on ( know we are feeling very unsafe) so we looking around the room and our baby girl needed to use the bathroom so I take her and upon cutting the light on there are ROACHES in the bath tub.NASTY!!!! major problem and then my Husband moves one of the chairs at the table and here are more ROACHES falling off of the chairTHIS IS IT!!! I make a call to the front desk to alert the lady as to every thing that had just taking place and she states okay come back to the office and I will assign y'all another room. We go into the office and express that we are no longer interested in staying at the property due to the conditions of the rooms and we wanted a refund so the lady states I can't give y'all a refund and it was the property owners policy so as we are discussing the situation other customers walk in on our conversation and they start asking questions about what we had just experienced and at this time the lady in the office states that she needed us to leave her property, I said not without my money and I said you know what I'll call the police because I'm not leaving here without my money.long story short before the police arrived the lady gave us a full refund and we left.my advice is that if you care about your health and demand quality, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.THE ROOMS ARE OUT DATED(Bedding, carpet, furniture, and decor) HAS AN ODOR, ROACH INFESTED, VERY UNHEALTHY!! Choose wisely and it's sad that this is the treatment establishments are giving it's customers.
Hotel is infested with bats! Walked out at 11:30pm to smoke and one flew right into my hair. I looked up and literally seen hundreds of bats flying around and going in and out of a hole in the eve of the roof. Went down to inform the manager/clerk and she replied "well there is nothing i can do about it". She had no concern what so ever. As i walked out i looked back and she was laughing. Never been treated like this from a Wyndham group employee. Very disappointed.
The people were very nice n helpful n the place was very clean with great service n breakfast in the morning.
good service decent bed. need better pillows
I've only stayed in two Days Inn and both were awful and will never stay in one again! Aside from the overall look of the hotel and room itself being dirty, this one started out with the toilet dirty and stained with dried pee on the back of it. The air conditioning was questionable. Didn't start cooling down for the several hours (sometime in the middle of the night). The staff seemed pleasant and did come to clean the toilet after we complained.
Horrible rooms, ac broke in multiple rooms, (had to be moved multiple times between my family and a family we were traveling with), in room fridge smelled of fish. Booked these rooms a week in advance and nothing but problem with rooms from the start. Customer service was awesome and did their best to fix the problem. All to come to the conclusion of we just needed a refund and get another hotel. We will never stay at this place again nor will we recommend to anyone.
Convenient to highway. Good rates. Fairly quiet on side opposite the highway. Friendly staff.
