  went in for a Mani pedi. no base coat, no top coat, only ended up with toes painted after nearly two hours. I understand they are students and the guy who did my nails was very nice but there is zero instruction going on.

  I like beauty schools cause they are inexpensive and give students an opportunity to learn but this place is incredibly Unprofessional.these "students" don't have a clue what they are doing. Went in for a french manicure and she filed my nails with a .05 cent emery board for 5 seconds (and they were bad), didn't use a buffer and continued to paintor what she thought was painting. I had nail polish all over my fingers. the "instructors" didn't come over and check her progress after showing her how to do it. The other students were disgusting and vulgar. I saw probably 12 a** cracks and one completely pop out of her shirt. And I was there fir an hour and a half. I would never recommend this place much less ever go there again!
  Go to the professional academy in perrysburg.

  I was at the Toledo, Ohio location Sat. Jan 5th and my experience was a good one. I‘m very happy with my hair but was very hesitant at first because my student appeared to be new (right from the classroom), I was feeling like OMG she has no clue but she did a wonderful job. I really appreciate the supervisor coming to ask what I like in my hair in terms of oil and or jell. Shannon, you did great job.
  
  PS: Also the price was a good fit for me too.
