Charming place for a quick lunch, snack, and of course pie. There aren't any vegetarian or vegan options. So, I ordered a veggie pizza without cheese. The crust was tad salty, but had the perfect "chew"- not too soft/not too crisp. The pies looked great and people appeared to enjoy their generous slices. I loved the atmosphere, service, and wall art.

We went here today for the first time. I ordered the fried chicken wrap and a salad.We also had the Oreo and Lemon pie. Yes everything was good, but this place is also very overrated .

One of those places you really should try at least once. We grabbed a quick bite. Turkey club and chicken salad. Everything was prepared to order with fresh ingredients and was quite tasty. We didn't sample the pies this visit so we have a reason to go back.

I fully support local businesses. On our way to Tuscaloosa, we enjoy stopping at the Pie Lab for lunch. The food is delicious. However, the last few visits I have been very disappointed in the service and menu items being "sold out". Southern Hospitality goes a long way. Even if you are extremely busy you remain polite and calm. Sadly today I witnessed customers walking out. The staff were busy but often were disorganized. Simply being better organized and saying I am so sorry we are sold out of several items would go a long way.remember without customers you don't have a business.

Love their pie I got from Makers Market so I decided to stop in the restaurant on Saturday. I took my elderly handicap mom in for what I thought would be a treat. It was exactly 3pm. After waiting until finally someone came to counter, we tried to order and was told they were not serving. No explanation or apology but they told us we could get pie. The sign on the door said they were open until 4 or I wouldn't have made my mother go in. The girl working was on the rude side and seemed anxious to get back to talking to people sitting and eating at table. Will never go again or purchase a pie.
