I like going here because they have comfy recliners. Senior day is inexpensive but usually crowded. Sometimes the place doesn't smell so good (in the lobby)not sure why.
The assigned seating makes it easy to make sure I have an enjoyable experience. Seating is very comfortable thanks to the upgrade to recliners a few years back. Consessions are overpriced but that is with any theater. IMAX is a nice visual and audible experience but seats are not very comfortable.
Average theater. Gets marked down stars because they would not allow me to use the full amount my MoviePass covers over two tickets. Save your rules excuse, we won't be returning here. If you use MoviePass in other locations, you'll know it's not a problem. I'm entitled to the full amount it covers.
Nice theater. Big seats and they recline too. But what is this about assigned seating. The theater was no where near full but we were asked to move because of assigned seating. When did this become a thing?
Seats are super cosy. Screens and sound systems are perfect. Great place to catch the newest flicks. And they even have a IMAX theater!
Clean and comfortable seating, Drinks and pop corn are over priced but what can you expect. Don't buy a Large drink if your seeing a late movie, although it comes with unlimited refills the snack bar closes early. So kinda of waste to buy large for refills.
I love the seats I love the service but then the restrooms got a dirty
Great value for money, has fully reclining powered seats in the whole cinema. Seats were comfy and a great feature of being able to recline and watch your favorite movie. Staff were efficent and friendly. Can't fault this place, would visit again
Awesome STAFF, MANAGERS. WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE. WE LOVE REGAL CINEMAS. THE BEST MOVIES & THEY'RE SO NICE TO ALWAYS.. THANK YOU
The only reason I'm giving it one star is because of the reclining seats. First is I paid almost $40 dollars for three tickets. Assigned seating is a joke! I was told that by the girl in the box office that people who book online take precedence over walk up buyers I was utterly shocked. I have neck problems and tried to explain to the girl in the box office that I can't turn my head in certain areas. She wouldn't let me pick a seat that would allow for my injury. Total attitudes from everyone of the employees. It shouldn't cost almost $100 dollars to take myself and 2 kids to the movies. I will definitely not be coming back to this cinema! It used to be so much better here.
Prices comparable to other theaters in the area. Assigned seating - you always get the seat you intended. Reclining seats! Well taken care of.
Convenient, reasonably friendly people, decent(but not great) seating. I'd patronize them again if in the area.
Theater is always clean. Seating in super comfy with the "leather" recliners. Staff is courteous and helpful. This is my go to theater.
I've begin a loyal patron of Regal Cinemas 13 and 14 for almost 8 years now. I don't appreciate having to have my backpack checked everytime I go. I'm told that this is for security reasons. With the recent terror attacks and theatre shootings that have been happening lately, I understand where they're coming from. Then again, why is it that they don't check womens' purses or handbags? I ask why am I having my bag searched, when entering behind several women, carrying bags big enough to carry a small handgun or even an uzi in, and they aren't searched. I'm told that it's because women carry purses. I'll admit that's true. However, I'm a bus rider and a walker. People like me often carry a backpack. If I had a car to throw all of the stuff that I need to carry around in, I wouldn't need a backpack. I'm also told that I can leave it with security. I'm telling you right now, that's out! I wouldn't mind leaving it with security, except for the fact that things left laying around, out of the owner's sight, tend to turn up missing. I'm quite sure that Regal Cinemas is like most other organizations, and will claim no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged property left with their security or other employees. So again, like I mentioned before, that's out! I don't record the movies that I go see. Nor am I a gun owner / carrier or some nutty-ass terrorist! I've spent thousands of dollars in these theatres, and I demand to be treated like a customer, and with respect! I think that Regal Cinemas should learn how to treat their loyal customers a lot better. Also, they should try to remember that not every Black guy, wearing a bandana, and carrying a backpack, is up-to-no-good and looking to blow up or shoot up the place! -_- I'm only rating 3 stars because of all of the aforementioned, the reserved seating bullshit, and their astronomical food prices. Otherwise, it would've been a 5 stars. I do plan on continuing my patronage, for the moment at least
Worth the money. It's clean, the chairs are comfortable and the service we received was great! Our toddlers loved it as much as we did.
