I went here on my way through town. Large selection of snacks and food, very clean theatres, comfortable seats, and clear picture/sound. The ticket cashier was very nice and gave me student ticket pricing after I answered some questions because I had left my ID at home. Then, the woman who cleaned the theatre afterwards ran back out and caught up to me to return an earring I had lost underneath my seat. Above-and-beyond service!
This is an excellent facility to watch movies. It is clean, modern with highly trained and courteous personnel. I highly recommend Regal Cinemas Fairfield for the entire family.
I go there pretty often as a movie-goer. Good prices for tickets and discounts for students. Seats are comfortable. The lights are always on But they're not that bright. I've gotten use to them. But it'd be nice to have them turn off. Plus don't worry about it being to hot. It's usually cool/room temp. Sometimes I still wear my jacket But great theater overall.
I went to this theater this past weekend to watch Blade Runner 2049. The movie was really good, but I wish I would have watched it elsewhere only because they do not turn the lights off during showings.
This practice was new to me, so I went to the front desk to ask them if they could turn off the lights. They seemed surprised that the lights were left on, but when they came in to check I was told it was how they operate.
Leaving the overhead lights on really takes away from the experience of immersing into a movie. I can understand the orange lights in the steps (they don't interfere with anything), but the constant glare from my sides and overhead were undesirable.
The snack and drink sections were clean.
The bathrooms were clean.
The theater seats were comfortable.
The sound in the theater was great.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Justthe lights
Me and my husband went last night to see IT, all was great except the fact the lights stayed on the entire movie. For me I enjoy watching a movie in the dark I don't know if this is how it's done now but I was really disappointed because any other time they have. And considering it was right above my head took from my total enjoyment of the film.
This movie theater is real nice, I have watched 3hr movies here and it's always comfortable. The food is Good and the staff is nice
Prices were way too expensive!!! Seating was ok but I never sweated while watching a movie ever in my life, need to invest in an air conditioner or something bc that was absolutely ridiculous to have a sauna as a movie theater!!!
I loved it. And plan to watch a movie there once a month. Great for the handy caped in wheelchairs.
Nice theater, usually not crowded during the day showings. Staff is courteous and have corrected any issues I've had very quickly. Theatre screens are in good shape, but some of the seats are starting to wear out.
The staff is really nice. Theatre was clean, restrooms were clean, seats are rely comfortable.
Great place and clean. A little pricey considering the other theater options. Reclined sitting would make the place better too.
Love this theatre! The management here is top notch and the staff is always friendly! Only theatre in Dayton area that I go to.
Last nights showing of Enough was as it should have been in a large theater but having said that nothing else went as expected. We made our way to our seats between 6:30-6:40 and it was clearly very dark and people were having difficulty. People were using their cell phone flashlights to see - I know for a fact that several people spoke to management and NOTHING was done about it. I saw one lady twist her ankle and while she caught herself it could have been bad. There needed to be house lights on while people were arriving and then when they left. But of course, when the movie was over we made our way out in the DARK! A little consideration would have gone a long way to keep your guests happy and safe!!!
Staff was friendly. Theater was clean. But now I remember why I don't go to the movies anymore $$$$! Glad the movie I wanted to see was playing before noon to get the discount price, the rest of the week it started at 12:05. Refreshments are RIDICULOUS. $6 for the smallest drink (which was huge, I'd rather pay less for less).
