The gentleman who came out was very nice and professional. I am giving it 3 stars for two reasons: (1) There is a pretty significant drip that goes from the wall part of the tub down to the tub part and is over a foot long of a run and (2) The tub is very rough feeling, almost like sand paper in some areas. I clean my tub once a week and it seems like this is helping the roughness, but it is still pretty bumpy. Besides that, the tub is white and looks so much better. The people who owned the house before us did a small crack repair in the side and reglazed it. Whatever they used had started to yellow and their repair started to come undone. The tub looks much better.

Recently attempted to get an estimate from this company due to my neighbor referring them. It appears to be a great alternative to stone countertops.

The date of the estimate the technician never showed up. And I had to call them asking where/what was happening. In my experience it’s best to call the client/guest informing them you will be late. Instead of having me call multiple times trying to contact them.

Their customer service was annoyed and rude when I was just trying to see if the estimate was still happening. Instead of offering a solution, they told me they can just cancel my estimate. While it is disappointing that I will not be using their product or service. I’m glad that I will not be supporting a company that treats potential customers so poorly.

Easy to schedule with for both the free estimate visit and then the job itself. Both owner and tech were professional and pleasant to work with. Paint dripped a little but overall looks pretty good!
