  Not at all responsive. I submitted my initial inquiry in early April, then received an email from Tanya on their team mid-April with a quote. I responded to schedule a time to meet and schedule the project, no answer. I followed-up again, no answer. I called all 3 phone numbers listed in the email, and every person just told me to submit the form on the website (which I already did). Not a single person was willing to just schedule me for the next steps.
  
  A month later, I receive an email from someone named Justin asking me to fill out the online quote request form, so I responded yet again that I have already received a quote and am ready to proceed with meeting and scheduling installation. You guessed it - no response.
  
  If it's this hard for me to give them my money and start a project, I'd hate to imagine what kind of service to expect once I've paid. Or worse, if there are issues afterward.

  They had the exact product that we wanted, and then custom made the fence for our yard. They were very responsive during a time where other companies were content to simply put us on a waiting list. I was shocked at how quickly the entire process was completed. I highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again!
