My water heater was leaking, and I called RPAD for a consultation; the first available was two days out which I thought was pretty fast. But they had a cancellation so Mike (owner) came out the next day. After discussing all options, we decided on a replacement and RPAD was able to do it the next day! Super fast, great communication, fair and reasonable flat-rate pricing. So happy I called them!

I recently purchased a home, and discovered a propane leak preventing us from such niceties as hot water and home heating. RPD were incredibly responsive in getting someone out there immediately; Mike was professional, patient, and responsive, breaking down the options and associated costs. Given the time constraints we had, as the house needed to be move-in ready in the next few days, I was impressed by their speed. They were able to develop a plan for identifying the location of the leak, laying new pipe, and testing the system, completing work in just two days. Not the most inexpensive service, but for important rush jobs you want things done quickly and correctly.

These folks are the best! From the front desk through the plumbers that served me, I could ask no more. "Service" not found today in so called the service industry usually today, these folks are at the top of the list! From Brittany who selflessly set my up for my appointment to Max my plumber, I've rarely had such complete satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with were professional, kind, courteous, and performed as promise!. I can't think of any other firm for any future plumbing needs!
