The Owner's unlock your door and walk right in knowing you paid .
Its also a problem with flames coming up missing in your room like spare change kids Christmas clothing and more while your working .
The hallways stink and the carpet is gross .
The T.V.'s are old and small .
When you call to check on a loved one , the front desk operator will tell you that you have the wrong room and simply put the phone down .
Not to mention the toilet seat was broke .
Stay at your own risk .

The woman on night shift last night was DO HELPFUL, SWEET, AND ACCOMIDATING! And for the pricing, this place is super nice, we even decided to stay another night just because of that. I highly recommend this particular Red roof inn because of the people and great sized modern rooms.

I wasn't staying but visiting a guest. Very clean, with a small refrigerator and microwave, it would have been ideal but the microwave didn't work. The bath tub was huge with water jets..nice.

Customer service was great. The room was decent. Had refrigerator, microwave, iron and iron board , free wi fi, coffee maker, and hair dryer in the room. Beds a little hard for my taste. Ice machine was broken. Towels and sheets had stains on them.

GROSS!! My family and i was there to stay a night and were there for an hr and i look over on the other bed where my kids were sleeping and there were 2 bed begs crawling on my daughters chest. I pull the kids out off bed and to the bath while my husband went to walmart to get us new clothes to put on.. I pulled the covers back and both beds are covered in crawling bed begs!! I took pictures and even caught some in the cups provided in the room took them and the pictures to the front desk and demanded my money back for the room, the deposit, and the clothes we had to purchase and the owner refused to refund us for anything!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Check in for a weekly rate. 1 st night my wife killed 6 roaches and killed 5 the next morning. When I informed the front desk of this and that we were going to check out the desk clerk said we can change you to another room. When I still insisted on checking our she then told me the remaining of the room fees wouldn't be refunded I then informed that I would be calling corporate over this matter. When then called the manager while I was calling corporate. Money was returned after the hassle

Bathroom was dirty, floors feel gross. Was told on the phone that hotel has been updatedreally? Where? Holes in the furniture. Shower curtain to small for shower. There were stains on towels and hole in wash cloths. Side door doesn't work and i killed 2 roaches crawling up tbe wall..yuck! Hallways and stairs need a good cleaning. There is no elevator. Room smells musty. If not needing a hotel very late at night and if not being exhausted from travel.i would have NOT stayed here. Staff was friendly. That is the only plus about this hotel.

Charged 10 per night extra for my service dog! I had 1 pet and a service animal that works for me. I always stay at red roofs, first time I've ever heard of this policy!
Update Fixed the situation right away! VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you

The manager of this hotel has TERRIBLE communication to customers, and does NOT deserve his position at the hotel. He ABUSED the power of his position. I work from my computer and had a short three day stay at the hotel. The internet did NOT work during that entire stay. I politely asked for something to be done for quite some time. NOTHING was done. NO phone calls made, and staff kept tell me it was working. Not true. Other customers were complaining. I became upset when he would NOT give me a refund for services that were advertised on the website but not provided to me. I needed to be able to afford a night in another hotel, and I needed to be able to actually get my work done. He was immediately hostile and rude to me (as the customer) from the beginning, and basically jipped me out of my money (because he had personal issues going on). DO NOT book here as long as he is working there. He threatened me with cops to come pick me up when i begged him for my money back (might I add I asked politely). I just left. Now I have to go through my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK HERE. Red roof inn coorporate..please review this establishment, and please review his customer service skills. I did not catch his name, but I am sure if you watch the tape behind the desk prior to this review you will know.

This is a decent Red Roof Inn with an indoor pool. Our room was clean and large, which was nice. We did have some trouble with the shower/bath but was tolerable. It's good for a night or two.

My room was extremely worn, dated and not the cleanest. The look of the room left me with a strong inclination to perform a thorough inspection for bugs, but I did not find any. The stairwells had co bwebs that looked to have been there for years. Staff was friendly which was about the only positive. I wont be returning.

Not bad for the price. Older property. Indoor pool, heated. Inside entrances. Friendly staff. But older property. Not bad for one night, wouldn't stay longer.

Horrible stay. I was traveling with my three month old daughter and was afraid to even sit or lay her down anywhere. One of the first things I did was look for bed bugs, that's how unkept it was. Surprisingly I didn't see any, but when wiping down surfaces every single wipe I used was black. Disgusting! The bathroom was teeny tiny. There were several hairs on our sheets and the bed looked like it had been made in a hurry. There was a dirty sock in the floor! I honestly don't think our room was even cleaned. If we didn't have our baby with us and it wasn't late we would have found another hotel.

Very clean and uncomfortable, but this is the first red roof inn that has charged me extra for having a second pet.

Two ladies were staying paid their entire visit. I tried to rent a room for two more nights they were told that they weren't allowed on property anymore. They made no problems, got the deposit back, and were told that they were very nice guests before they originally checked out. One was an assault victim trying to prevent being homeless and the other one was her friend who has advanced MS and is completely disabled. The auditor and general manager were extremely rude threatening to call the cops when the only question I asked was what was wrong. No answer was given as to why they were banned from the premises. I return the following day to get the wheelchair we could not transport because we had no room, it was left with another guest in his room… The general manager told him he is not to do this again for anyone and screamed at me to leave the premises or she was going to call the cops.Upon closer inspection of the bill it was found that the hotel had not followed the signed agreement upon what should be paid and charge them an additional $10 per night. When confronted about this they only refunded two nights and then asked us to leave. A corporate inquiry with Columbus is being undertaken right now.

The staff is friendly and tries to help out how they can which earns them a star in my book. The room I stayed in was clean but some outlets had been destroyed making plugging all my devices in a pain. Aside from minor damage in my room there was noticeable damage throughout the property that could have been addressed while I was staying their. A piece of trim was coming down in a hallway from the ceiling which could fall on someone.Their front door leading upstairs was in disrepair and had to be closed gingerly behind you or it would slam and bounce around. These and a few more simple repairs earn them 1 star out of a possible 2 in my book for property maintenance. They get no stars for their lack of laundry facilities or breakfast of any kind. 2 things that if you are traveling a lot is fairly important to have available. Better than the last red roof I stayed in but still not comparable to a days inn considering the prices between the two are competitive. I view their issues as stemming from red roof inn corporate not providing what is necessary to bring their facilities from 70 percent to 100.

This place was a great price and not too far away from the city. The staff were nice and very accommodating!
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean!
The only problem I had was the first room I was put into had a cigarette smell to it, so I asked the front desk clerk to change rooms and she did. They are 100% smoke free, but I understood that sometimes people smoke outside and wreak of smoke or smoke inside when they're not supposed to.
after changing rooms I was very satisfied with my stay! Microwave and fridge in room were very helpful with leftover food for breakfast (:
