Cold A/C. Beds are comfortable enough for the price. Quiet atmosphere
Spent two nights there during spring break. Rooms were of decent quality but overpriced. I was refused any type discount, ie veterans or AARP, the first night. Room rates were raised by $50 the second night but I was given a veterans discount so it cost $30 more. The room was not cleaned between the two days and we had to ask for towels. We attempted the continental breakfast both days shortly before it ended and ended up with coffee and toast. All in all a very disappointing stay.
Great staff , very nice lady at the fron desk , easy and fast processing , and very clean rooms , Had an amaizing stay inn , Thanks to Sherly
No elevator, price gouging, the price we paid u would think breakfast choices
would be more than cereal muffins bread for toast and cinnamon rolls.
Only a quick overnight stay but, the proximity to a lot of attractions and businesses was nice. Room was comfortable and quiet even though it looked quite busy. Nice place.
I was very disappointed in staying here. Whenever we go out of town we stay at a red roof inn. All of them have been nice and comfortable. This room had very uncomfortable beds,no coffee pot, hole in the wall behind the toilet, the vent in the bathroom had something stuffed inside it so no air came out. Wow big disappointed. I won't stay at this one again.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Horrible experiences from check in to check out. Also felt unsafe walking to and from car due to men getting drunk in parking lot and catcalling my friend. Rooms have 2 temps- blazing hot or freezing cold. No elevator, so I had to lug my 50 lb suitcase upstairs with a knee injury. Pretty sure the front desk lady was racist- made these Arab men all give her their id's at check in, made copies of them, had them sign the copies, and list their names. No such "requirments" for my friend and me (white females). I can hear everything going on in the entire building. The beds are so high I hurt my hip getting in. No extra blankets so I'm huddled with my huge dog under the blanket wearing sweatpants trying to stay warm because otherwise the room is hot and humid. Stairwells have holes through the ceiling and floor. Front desk lady also received personal calls on the reception phone on a Saturday night with a line of 4 guests checking in. I wish I could post a video so you could hear how much noise there is from other rooms. I will be calling customer service to get my second night refunded so I can leave and find a hotel worth the overpriced $100
Top floors are cleaner than bottom, dead tiny bugs on the towels, dead crickets in the room, gaps in-between the door and frame. A Lot of Mistakes are made and apparently lies are said from manager. I didn't like it. But over all its ok
I love a place that accepts my pet but the Red Roof Inn far succeeded my expectations. Clean, friendly service and the price was right! I'm your latest greatest new fan. I'll be back.
The stay was okbut it costs too much for the stay. I found hairs in the tub and on towels, the tub faucet was sideways and looked corroded. The toilet paper was mostly used and the holder was also corroded. The refrigerator was dirty. All this cost me over $270 for the night as every other palace was filled. It was not horrible but at that price I expect a lot more.
ROACHES EVERYWHERE , this motel was absolutely DISGUSTING there were roaches in me and my boyfriends bags PLUS we got bed bug bites all over are legs. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all ! Absolutely TRASH
Worst experience. Do not reserve here. They charge almost as much as the good hotels but are really a rundown hotel with a shady look. We were getting ready to get out at 11 am, at 11 15 they knocked the door yelling ITS TIME to get OUT!!!. Ive been to many hotels, payed from 60 to 300 dollars a night. Never have they knocked at my door telling me to get out, we were only 15 mins past check out. We felt humilliated and we had payed so much for 1 night, almost as much a the Marriot. Should have thought better. Never coming back. Go elsewhere, if you pay you need to be treated right.
By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. For starters the room we stayed in smelled of weed from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The beds are basically sheets of brick while the pillows are like a piece of cardboard. The maids steal, and when confronting the front desk they did absolutely nothing when hearing that a $300 pair of coastal glasses and a dry bag with cash inside were missing from our room, I at least expected an attempt to call the manager or check the security cameras. OVERALL HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ROOMS. Do NOT recommend at all.
Property is in a very shady neighborhood. The property is very run down. Can't beat the price for a weekend stay in the summer and dogs staying for free is a plus. The breakfast isn't really anything more then cereal and toast. Our first room the bathroom floor was dirty with pubic hair and mold in the bathtub. The ac didn't work and the toilet didn't either. This hotel supposedly just been renovated. The walls definitely could use a paint job. When speaking with the front desk about the problems with the room, she was highly rude and told me that the type of ac unit only has one bent that would work 🙄. She only let us move rooms due to the toilet not working but with major eye rolls and obvious disgust in trying to accommodate the situation. The second room was cleaner, and guess what? All ac vents worked. I wouldn't stay here again just due to the rudeness of the staff. The owner obviously doesn't take pride in his property due to complete lack of keeping the hotel grounds cleaned
