I've been here a bunch of times and the staff is always polite. I've had a few times where the staff was a bit slow, but we all have our off days. Had a few times where my burger actually came out dry, but the waitress had the cooks make me another one, so no real complaints there. Overall, a great location with great staff.

Love this location. Ms. Amy is awesome and we request her every time Kids love the cool plates their food comes on and the unlimited sides. They never let me forget their balloons on the way out.

First time visit to a Red Robin. I liked it. Space open at the bar, cold Blue Moon, server offered suggestions. The food arrived fat and hot. It was pretty nice.

I've never had any issue here. Wonderful service. One time was stranded here while car was being worked on and the manager gave me and my family 2 free appetizers and drinks while we were waiting. I don't remember his name, but I thought that was beyond generous and exceptional.

One of the best Burger places in the city. First of all you have a huge menu to choose from, second the burgers are really quality food not like the fast food burgers that we are used to, third the attention is great and they are really fast and last but no least the place is nice and cozy so it is a great familiar place to take your kids or just enjoy food by yourself or with friends.
Just be aware that there is always a lot of people there so try to get there early so you don't have to wait for a table.

I just went in today for lunch and I had an awful time. I had a waitress who sat down at my table while my Grandmother was making her drink order. I am not paying for you to seat down next to me and act like you can't wait for a senior citizen to make her order. We were given two baskets of refill fries as we were preparing to finish and the waitress took both baskets which were full back to the kitchen to get "warm" ones and came out with reheated fries from the smaller basket. We had two...she came back with one. I am not pleased and will not be returning to Red Robins because the service is extremely poor.

Always great food and service. Great appetizers and such. Good for both big and small groups. Be ready for a 15-30 minute wait, depending on when you go.

I've been here back in late July to see couple 80's band play at the T-Mobile Arena, and at some onion rings and their cheeburgs are the best, with the pina-colada cocktail which was a bit pricey, but hey it was worth it, and the staff was great and friendly, clean bathrooms, and great service.

Visited location today with my girlfriend and her daughter. We were helped by Cassandra who was nice. I ordered the fiery ghost pepper burger with a side of garlic herb fries. My girlfriend ordered the new BBQ pork burger with a side of regular steak fries. Her daughter ordered a kids pizza and a side of fries.

It took a while to get our food but not terribly long. None the less both my fries and my girlfriends fries were cold but we were so hungry we just decided to eat them. My girlfriends daughter didn't get her pizza at least 15-20 minutes after we received our meals. So Cassandra offered to bring her out some fries while we waited. By the time her pizza came out my food along with my girlfriends was cold as well.

When we first ordered our meals we asked for 2 sauces for my girlfriend and myself. It took us asking Cassandra 3 additional times to finally get some dipping sauce 20 mins after receiving our already cold food.

My girlfriend was not pleased with her BBQ pulled pork burger. It came with pickles after she asked Cassandra to have them removed. And I never received my garlic herb fries. Over all this was a tough Sunday evening experience, I'm moving to this area and I really hope this isn't the normal service because this is my is one of my family's favorite places to eat.

It's a gourmet burger & other foods restaurant. There is a section for adults with no kids and a great bar. The store in Centinennial has great food and great service.

It was horrible!!!!!!!! Normally I can enjoy Red Robin. In any event, it was just me and another person. We were told a few minutes they were cleaning the table. A few minutes turned into nearly near 10. And of of course other people were seated before us. When we went to inquire on how long was the wait, we were told another 10 minutes or longer. How do you go from a few minutes to an additional 10 minutes or more ???? Then gave us some weak ass apology. Highly disappointed in the hostess service.

Nice atmosphere, excellent service. The Red Robin chain is consistently a good experience if you're looking for a sit-down restaurant for gourmet burgers.

Visited this location for a birthday dinner (party of 5). What we were told would be a 20 min wait turned into an hour. After waiting 35 minutes we checked with the hostess to inquire and were told they had a table for us but it needed to be cleaned, which took another 20 minutes. No one bothered to apologize for our wait. Once we were seated they were kind enough to immediately serve us fries; and thank goodness they did since we didn't get our food for another 30 minutes. I watched a man who appeared to be the manager visit every table around us to apologize for the service that evening and offer discounts for the inconvenience. He didn't however bother to look our way let alone stop and talk with us. Our waitress made a few in our party shout orders to her rather than be bothered to walk to the other end of the table. Atmosphere was loud, service and food were fair. We have visited this location in the past without any issue, and because of that a two star rating.

Love the atmosphere here and the food is always amazing. The servers every time we've been here (15 times) have been a delight. BTW; you can pay for your food at the table besides waiting for the waiter. Works really good.

    Great food, sad service.
The food, as always was great. And the manager there is always kind. But the wait staff could use something. Took too long for a server to come for drinks order, which would've been fine... If the restaurant had been packed. I guess there was a shift change mid meal, and the second server was not any better. I watched her come in and out of the kitchen several times while we waited over 10 minutes for a refill on water. From my seat I had a good view of the kitchen and she seemed more interested in flirting with one of the kitchen staff the catering to the three tables in her section.

I would have given 5 stars if they had the fried clams I specifically went there to eat. According to our very nice server, they were out and have been out for about three months. I hope they plan on working with the distributor to get them back. Other than that, our experience was great. Despite being very busy, our server was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was correct. The food was delicious.
