    The lobster tail, salmon and shrimp dish was nothing to brag about. At least the shrimp was clean. Though the lobster tail was under cooked, the salmon was good.
    The commercials make this place look so much better. Lol

    We had a wonderful meal of steak and lobster with broccoli, green beans and asparagus. The best waitress Brooke, so very attentive and took such good care of us. Our overall experience was wonderful !

    Prices have gone up quite a bit since last year. Quality of food is average and servers need personality. I feel the servers don't care cause they assume they will get a big tip because of the cost of dinners. Highly doubt I'll be back anytime soon

    Horrible attitudes and service.Went on Sunday,it was my daughter's birthday and she chose red lobster. It took our food approximately 45 minutes to come the restaurant was not busy when the meals came there were three of us two of the meals were made incorrectly my daughter ordered her steak medium rare it was raw and still cold on the inside my nephew ordered an entree no tomato and it was covered in tomatoes. They remade my daughters and my nephew's plates however they came after I was done eating they wrap them to go and my daughter's birthday treat to go without even asking us we didn't want our food to go we wanted to eat there and enjoy the day. By the time we got home my daughter's Brownie and ice cream were leaking all over the to-go bag just a horrible horrible experience our bill was over $100 and really only I was able to eat

    Food was really good. I had left my phone in the bathroom, but some nice person returned it to the front. I had almost lost my phone forever, but that kind person made my night. I wish there were more people like that in this world. Overall, great experience.

    Very accommodating staff. Enjoyed the grilled shrimp and the Cheddar biscuits. Great way to catch up with a marvelous friend for lunch.

    We had an incredible experience with our server Danny. He was very attentive, and even helped us crack our lobster open. Best service I’ve EVER had ANYWHERE! Danny you deserve the best recognition and a raise! We will definitely come back and ask for him!

    Our server Jessica was awesome! Our table next to us decided to lie about her quality of service to the manager in order to get 20% off their bill & then didn’t even tip. Thank you for the excellent service we will return and ask for you!

    We called ahead to cut our wait time to be seated down. We were told it would be an hour before we would get seated so we took our time and got there about a half-hour later. There were also about 40 other people waiting. Some left but It still took another hour and a half before we were seated. We decided to go into the bar and have a drink while we waited. I counted 12 tables that were empty and needed to be cleaned up but nobody was doing that. There was also 24 pieces of glassware around the bar that had not been taken care of. It took approximately 20 minutes to get someone's attention to order a drink. Once we got seated and ordered our waitress was nonexistent. We had to ask another waitress to get our waitress so my wife could get a glass of water. The only time our waitress was attentive was when it came time to pay the bill. She came by 3 times in 3 minutes and hovered the third time. The only reason I gave a second star was that the food was really good. Unfortunately by the time we left we were both thoroughly aggravated. Unfortunately I had requested to go to Red Lobster for my birthday dinner. After that experience we will not be going back.

    I gave it two stars because my server was very sweet and very attentive. That was the good, now here comes the Bad and the Ugly. I don't know what happened to this place but I ordered crab cakes with shrimp on top over a bed of rice. The shrimp were good both of them the crab cakes were mushy undercooked and smelled. This was all for the bargain price of $18.99. it's a shame -- they used to have an extensive wonderful menu and decent food and now they have neither. I don't think I will ever be back.

    Nice place to go. I have been 2 times there and we got the same waitress. Very nice lady. Cant remember her name though. Fast service and clean. I just wish there was more light.

    Waiter was good, food was cooked nicely, mixed drinks tastey. We visited for our birthdays and for the first time no one said happy birthday, which was strange and when we told the manager my wife has been going to that location 40 years he was less than cordial. Other than that the place was nice and quiet at the afternoon week day time. Team was more upbeat and friendly in the evening when we visited for our anniversary.

    Delicious as usual. Food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. I love their cheddar bay biscuits hot and melt in your mouth flaky, yum. Thanks for a great date night.

    My son and I have never had lobster and he was very excited to try it. We came here for his birthday dinner. There was a group of 4 of us and our bill came out to $140! I was not expecting it to be so much, only one of us ordered lobster and one of us ordered steak which had way too much pepper. All of our mashed potatoes were hard and dry. My green beans were way too crispy it was almost hard to eat. We were also charged for an upgraded side that we never received- the server ended up giving it to us to-go because he couldn't take it off the bill.

    Our sever was great though! It was extremely busy and he still made sure we had what we needed. He and 3 other servers also brought out a dessert and sang happy birthday to my son so that was really nice.

    All in all I will not be returning. I don't think the quality of the food is worth the price.
