Matthew was great! He was on time, polite, and got his work done quickly before I had to leave for work. Good dude.

However, my overall experience with Real Property Management has left some to be desired. I am fine with site visits, but the frustrating part is that they do not let me know ahead of time when they will be coming by. I have had them text me about it less than an hour before showing up.

The security deposit situation was sketchy at best, they asked me to just leave a check in an unlocked box on their office door. I did not like that.

It took several months for me to get a key to our pool, but eventually they did come by and drop it off for me.

When we moved in they did not give us a key to our mailbox, so we had to go to the post office and ask them to come change the locks. They paid for the lock change which was nice, but would have been nicer to just get a mailbox key.

Another major issue is that they were very responsive when we were working on signing a lease, but once it was signed, it has been very hard to get ahold of anyone at the office. They frequently will not answer the phone, or call me back when I leave a message.

I do like my apartment and location. If I could change one thing, I just wish they would give more of a heads up before coming over unannounced.

Incompetence at its finest!! Do not use this company for your property management! In fact if you are a renter, don’t rent from them either! After 2 years with them, there are too many instances of incompetence to type out, but here are a few. IF there is an issue it will be super hard to get any clear communication as to what is going on! There is NO communication within the company, so if you talk to one person they will have NO idea what you are talking about if you had already talked to another person. I have had several instances of having to call their accounting department for incorrect accounting. One time they sent a plumber for a toilet leak, the plumber Broke the toilet, then they proceeded to charge US to fix what he broke. They charge exorbitant fees for small handyman jobs. The only time they will reach out is when you “owe” them money. We had an issue that had to go through insurance, we let Real Property management know several times what we needed. And then when they didn’t have the money, the owner Greg would call us repeatedly harassing us for the money! But they only didn’t have it because they were not providing what we needed. Now that we are almost done with them, we cannot get into the condo! We have tried twice with the keys/lockbox provided and we are locked out.

Working with Real Property management has been the worst experience I have had, with any kind of company, in my life. We hired them at the beginning of May to get our house rented and to manage our property. Before the contract was signed, they called at least once a week to see how things were going. As soon as we signed the contract everything changed. The communication only happened when we reached out and what was communicated was very minimal. We got no feedback on the showings or what was going on at the property. When we expressed concerns about the house not being rented the first thing they did was blame us for setting the price too high even though we had told them by week 2 that we just wanted to put it at a price to get it rented. 5 weeks later we found out that they had not cleaned the carpets in the house which was my biggest concern when we were leaving (they were pretty gross). We had gone on an extended trip so we weren’t able to check in on things like we would have wanted to. Last week I expressed all of my concerns to the owner and he assured me that he would take care of it. We had better communication throughout the week so I thought things might get better. We got back to Denver so I decided to drive by the house and was absolutely mortified. The yard looks like the house was abandoned and while I don’t expect them to do yard work, I would hope that they would let me know if it was getting out of control so I could send someone over. The beautiful back yard that we spent countless hours on is completely covered in weeds. Their response was that they will coach the people who were supposedly checking on the house (2x a week) to give updates on the outside as well. Thats great but does nothing for me retroactively. The carpets haven’t been cleaned still and I honestly couldn’t tell you if someone cleaned the house itself which is another thing I asked them to do. All in all it has been a terrible experience with no empathy from the company. I would not recommend.

We haven’t leased with them but the process of viewing a property has been seamless, transparent, and easy!
Daisy was wonderful to work with. Trying to find properties right now is HARD and most agents we’ve worked with at other companies are pretty cold and seem to just be there because they have to. Daisy arrived dressed professionally, greeted us with a smile and was eager to show us all the features of the home. She arrived to the showing early to prepare and was kind enough to squeeze us in before the starting time. Her communication about the availability of the property, the application process, and really any question we had was fantastic. Even after the viewing she made sure to stay in contact with us while we wait to hear back on the application.
Overall, I’m really happy with how things have gone so far and would be really excited to work with them as a tenant. Fingers crossed!
    And thanks again, Daisy.

Its been a great pleasure to work with them and their associates, especially with their 5 Star inspector Jim Chavez! He is definitely an all star kind of guy! Great personality, communicates excellently and he really cares about his clients! Im very blessed to have met this team of individuals and to have a continued relationship with them! I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars because they've definitely earned it in my book!!!! Thank you guys so much for making my small family feel like a part of yours!!!!
