Great help the guy was direct about the questions I had not like other rc shops where they try to get you to upgrade they carry a lot of traxxas part as well as other brand but for me it's traxxas

Bad experience going to this shop.
I think they can improve on how they approach things.
If you’re going to offer any help to your customers. Be specific. Don’t say you can help and fix it, and then your staff actually are not going to do anything, other than recommend to call the manufacturer to trouble shoot yourself.
And when you’re helping and testing it, please train your staff not to let the battery just dangle on the wires and drag on the ground.
Also when a customer asks if you price match and say no, when actually on your website it states that you price match. Make sure your staff is aware of your policies. Would have saved $40 shopping at other shop near me. $40 that I probably would have used on extra accessories anyways.

Medium size shop stuffed with inventory. I picked up the last Maxx and they didn’t have the XMaxx. But lots of Kratons and other RC Cars and trucks. Lots of employees which out numbered customers even when it got busy. They were friendly and helpful. Would shop there again. Like most RC Shops I would call ahead if you are looking for something specific.
