  I'm not going to review the work as much as the product although there is a lot to be said there. We had engineered wood flooring installed per their recommendation 3 years ago. Apparently one of the better makers but it is chipping and not seeming like it's going to last long. I had originally wanted hard wood floors but they insisted that they won't last due to our weather. I was confused because there are houses in California that have 100+ year old hard wood flooring that has withstood the test of time. I regret letting them persuade me. Not sure how they benefit financially from misleading people but I would have to believe there's something there. These floors will last 20 years if we are lucky. Now I have to search for some paint to cover up all the cracks. Not what I would have hoped for for $40,000.

  The folks at Ogden are super professional and helpful and the work is top notch. I dealt mostly with Aaron and Stu in the office, and was super satisfied with them. The store is clean and well laid out and their prices are incredibly reasonable for what you're getting. I came for new carpeting because my new home had been done poorly by the previous owner. Stu and Aaron were quick to give me a pretty accurate estimate and then sent someone out to do a more precise quote. I ordered my carpet and a week later it was being installed.
  
  The people that came to do the work were very competent and did a great job in seaming the carpet in my massive bedroom and cleaning up. There were a few unexpected things under the old flooring and they were very helpful in resolving them without complicating matters, then they stayed until the job was done and done right. They even did a pretty good job with the new baseboards.
  
  Afterwards, Aaron and Stu both called to follow up and to see if I was satisfied. It is not easy to find good flooring professionals in the area, but I highly recommend Ogden for your flooring needs!

  Aaron helped us through our decision until we arrived at the tile, style and color we needed for our space. One of the owners came to our house for the measurements, was very courteous, answered our questions, and provided suggestions for the layout so the flow from our existing tile would look best.
  We will be replacing carpet soon and Ogden will be our first stop to shop.

  We just got our floors installed in our place of business. Before deciding on Ogden, we shopped around and had a couple of estimates. We decided on them (Ogden) because they were the only ones that offered their expertise knowledge on the best possible flooring for our business (no one told us that we needed a vinyl-based material because of the type of business we are). The sales rep was awesome and the installers were there on time and worked in a timely manner. The best part was the finished product!!! We were more than thrilled at how beautiful our floors looked!!!
  We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to install new flooring!

  I searched for a good quality engineered hardwood floor that would go with my style and only at Ogden I met representatives who took the time to share their knowledge and expertise with great patience and without being pushy. I did extensive comparative shopping and eventually bought my floors at Ogden. They provided really good pricing and their customer service was outstanding. My nearly 1800 sq feet of wood floor look beautiful and get complimented a lot. I already recommended this company to others and will keep doing so. If I ever need flooring again I will of course Use Ogden again.
