Being a big guy I figured I would order a lot of food, boy was I wrongthe portions you get are huge, and it's so delicious, if I could eat it everyday I would, but it's kind of pricey, and I would die of a heart attack in less than 2 months. Over all set up like a hole in the wall joint but I'm going to eat there again!

Loved it when it was Rax. Food still exactly the same, but service is terrible. I stopped in on the way and taking my daughter to school, ordered two breakfast sandwiches two drinks and some biscuits and gravy, sat in the Drive-Thru line for 10 minutes saw the guy walking back and forth, he did not even come to the window to take our money or let us know that it was taking a while, so we just pulled off. Food is good but be prepared for a very long wait to get it and very expensive menu

I prefer them over Arbys. Huge selection. Open 24 hours, 365 days a year. Kind of expensive.

Our food was delicious. The Ham and cheese Delux is yummy. The King roast beef is great size for a hungry man. Very good!

We came in and had an excellent meal. At the time, the restaurant was transitioning from the Rax Roast Beef brand, but had expanded their menu significantly. I recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere in the area to stop and eat. We will be back when we're in the area.

Ranchers Roast Beef (Rax) is a classic, good Ohio roast beef restaurant, sure shot to get good, quick food.

Drove all the way from Florida to get a BBC!! One of my faves since childhood and it didn't disappoint! I will stop by one more time before heading home.

Unfriendly service here. The kids who take your order could at least pretend they are happy to take your order. A girl from the back came out said "would you stop that, its loud back there!" (I was absently mindedly tapping my knuckles on the counter). She wasn't polite about it. The food is average.

Great selection - you can order pretty much anything here! Building needs updating, but they do well with what they have. LOVE the options with their Coke Freestyle soda machine.

Last night I bought a Tax monster with cheddar cheese. I have bought these for a long time. They changed the melted cheese and buns. The cheese tasted pastie. Lack of flavor and really thick. I did not care for the new cheese. The bun was very dry and tasteless. I am very disappointed with this sandwich. I had great service, as always but I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Please change back.

I ordered the BBC sandwich,medium fries, cheese sauce and small drink. That was over $8!!! They wear whatever here, maybe it's no uniform day today. The cashier was in leggings, tennis shoes and a t-shirt. They had no soap in the men's bathroom. They still used dated intercoms to relay orders like its 1960. They don't offer combos, you order it all individually. The BBC was slopped together and pretty small for almost $4 by its. I didn't get a receipt. Don't waste your time here. They are nothing close to Arby's in quality. Don't waste your time and money here. Would never come back. I cannot believe how many people gave this place decent reviews, they must have never been to Arby's and their parents are terrible cooks. Don't forget the crusty wannabe turnovers that look like they have been there for days! I wonder if they even probably clean this place!?? It needs an update sooo bad!

Ridiculous pricing. Ordered corn nuggets for 3.60 only got 7 very small nuggets. Have gotten sandwiches & fries here few times. Maybe 2 out of those 5 times food was good. Only one nice young man on night shift. All the others are rude. I have asked a lady there if they carried mayo packets & she about died for me asking that. I'm done! Will not go back again!!
