Came late 30 min for my appointment and was told they will work me in. Didn’t know that it will take 8 hours for that although I warn them that load going to Walmart and I don’t want to miss delivery appointment as well. They Called me 1am to get loaded when delivery appointment is 6:30am. That’s f***ing st**d. I Canceled it. Didn’t want to waste my time at another indifferent towards drivers place
Checked in before appointment, called me back within 15 minutes of arriving and loaded quickly. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Long wait time, make sure you bring plenty to eat and drink. Enjoy the port-a-johns. The plus is great cell service so you can watch Netflix and YouTube and post negative reviews of places like this.
this is one of the better cargill places. however i sropped picking up at all of them because of long load time and disrespectful staff.
Ridiculous wait time to be loaded, this is a common occurrence in the trucking industry. I just wish the industry would come together and shut down the country real quick so places like this can get their s**t together!
I'm pretty sure a shortage of drivers exist in this industry because of Shippers like Cargill. Make sure you all fed up before you get here because this place will make you sit 4 hour/+ before evening seeing a dock. Avoid coming to this shipper.
This is a wonderful placeif you're looking to take your 10. Otherwise it's best to just avoid this dump. Never again.
Stay away from this place, refuse to wait like an idiot in their staging area for their call witch was 4 hrs after the appt time, and then another 2 hrs across from the docks, already missed the delivery appt and canceled the load. Refuse to work with this companies that have no respect for truckers. I'm tired of this already
Waiting here already 12h and nobody can tell me what is going on. If nothing will change within next hour im leaving. F this place !!!!
Shipping clerk Jason Cox is a liar This little SHlT is talking to some fags over skype instead of doing his job
I've had no bad experiences with this company . I'm virtually always in n out of this location and the Dayton location also . people at these two locations are great. I guess some people just gotta whine about something no matter how hard companies try to please them. Anyway , keep up the good work Cargill .
This place has the worst professional ethics and worst common courtesy that I have seen in this industry. They have there own trucks, they have there own scale. First time I was ever here I wasn't given proper directions on this place and I obviously wasn't the only one either. I got on the scales when I went to leave and the guard would not give me my weight. I even offered to pay for it. He still refused. We are doing business together and it's against the law for my axles to be over weight so you deny me the opportunity to obtain my legal weight limit?! Even though it's easily within your ability to without breaking a sweat?! Cargill some things have got to change. It's just courteous to help a driver find out if he's over or not. I do the work I do for two reasons. 1, my family 2, I love feeling like I'm doing my small part to make America great again. However, with pessimistic actions like I saw today. It's companies like this one that gives the industry a bad name. It's the small things that make the biggest difference.
I had bad experiences dispatching trucksbut this is incompetence brought to another level. You can't reach anyone over the phone, recorded message on the phone is advising you to write an e mail with subject "urgent" which is a effin' joke because even if you put "apocalypse" in the subject line nobody will never respond. Avoid at any cost, I learned that the hard (and expensive) way.
This place sucks monkey balls.
