Nice park, plenty of water rides with fun for everyone.
Best time to visit is a weekend during the offseason, otherwise very crowded and lines are usually long.
Our four time here and pretty much the same, staff is young people and most of them are very nice.
Admission price is a bit high but you can always get coupons online and magazines.
Price to park is $10 - a bit high.
Food is expensive and not good, you can not bring your own food; so be prepared.

Before today I would have given the park 5 stars mostly because I bought the season pass and with going just 2 times you get your moneys worth and more. and I thought it was of great value. Without the season pass, this place is absolutely and ridiculously over priced. When you add the ticket plus the parking plus the locker it is way too pricey. Your best bet is to either buy the annual pass or go when they are running a promotion where you can visit again at a later date (2 visits for the price of one).
However, I recently heard about the Labor Day promotion they are running where if you visit the park Sept 2-4 and purchase a full admission ticket you will get unlimited return passes through the end of October. AKA you get to be a member for less than half the price of a membership. I am disappointed because this makes the "deal" I got seem valueless. I don't think I will continue being an annual member. Instead maybe I will just wait for this promotion next year seems more worth it! Besides the priciness the place is awesome. I always have a great time with my family.

I went to Rapids today with 7 other people. I rented a cabana and was very surprised. The staff and food were pretty good, a bit expensive but tasty. The server we had was a sweet girl and it was her first day working there. She was attentive, much better than some restaurants I have been too. We had a great time. 👍

For just the rides, I give it 5-stars. However, everything else deserves a 3. To begin with, everything is ridiculously overpriced. $10 parking fee is somewhat understandable, however, when you add up the $10 locker plus $5 deposit fee for who knows why (unless you need more space, in which it'll be $15 plus a $5 deposit fee), plus the expensive low-quality food ( one thing is 10$ plus tax, so if you order for 4, you'd end up paying $40+), plus the overpriced entrance fee (for just two people we had to pay over $100) when you add everything together, you're paying a fortune! And on top of that, it's not even worth it! We paid $10 for parking only to have to squeeze our car between two other cars parked on the side of a curve because there was ZERO parking left! Atleast 30 huge school buses had taken up 4 parking spaces EACH! Then we had to wait almost 3 hours just to get our food because the line would not move AT ALL and the server on our line was busy arguing with a group of customers for hours!! The lines for each ride are an hour long on a Friday afternoon, so we ended up going on only 3 rides in the span of 6 hours because of the food wait, the crowds, and the long lines everywhere. Lackluster experience not worth all the money we were forced to pay. You would think that after over 13 years, they'd fix these problems by now!!
    My advice:
    - Go as early as possible (opening times)
    - Save a lot of money and time by bringing your own food in a cooler
    - enjoy every ride before 12 pm, otherwise, i hope you love lines

    Nice park with good rides.
Do any of the black employees have personalities and know how to smile? From the parking attendants, cashier at the cafe and the absolutely miserable girl working at the ice cream shop.
I figured out the majority of employees were just seasonal but you are working at a pool and getting a nice tan. Try and at least pretend to enjoy being there!

We had waited in line for 45 minutes to buy our ticket at the front, to find out that the park was closed because of lightening that was within a 5-8 mile radius. Yet, we were not notified of this until we had asked the manager why the line wasn't moving. They had not notified anyone until we had asked. It was a complete waste of time. When we were walking towards the parking lot, they were still letting people in even though the park was not in service. Bad service and unethical.

    Reply management:
The manager did not make any announcements UNTIL we approached her and complained. It was then that she began to make the announcements. True customer service would have informed the customers BEFORE complaint was made.

EVERYTHING you need to know. We got the sunset pass for Saturday evening for 2 people plus small locker.$65 total. From 4-7pm, we did a total of 8 rides with no bathroom or eating breaks. Typical wait time for the popular slides is 20 minutes. Small lockers fit a 22 inch bag, no more than that; big lockers, not sure. Bring bottled water with you; food and drinks are gonna cost you $$. Try to wear flip flops in the bathrooms, they're disgusting. $10 parking is a 5 minute walk, $20 is a 2 minute walk. Staff is nice for the most part.

Lots of fun for the whole family. The park was very clean with lots of seating in the shade or sun. First water park to offer healthy eating options - the grilled chicken cesar salad was amazing. They also had a fresh fruit stand.

If I based my ratings just off the rides, it would DEFINITELY be a 5. I am a little afraid of heights, but there was only 1 ride I could not go on.

BUT, I am being nice with a 3 star. I wanted to give it a 2 maybe even a 1, because of the price. Don't go there expecting reasonable prices. AT ALL. If you have a lot of stuff with you, too bad, you have to pay $15 for a locker. Then, for lunch (for 4 people), we ordered 3 tenders meal and 1 burger meal and the price was exactly $50.99. And even though they gave you a good amount of food, it was just like Wendys or Burger King. ON TOP OF THAT, we did not even get desserts, because they were $6.29 each!!! They literally charged us $3.50 for the water bottle. FOR A STINKING WATER BOTTLE! I can't even remember the ticket prices, so we probably (for 4 people) spent somewhere between $180-$240 for a 5 hour day at a water park. :/

In addition, most of the workers weren't very nice anyway. Especially the lifeguards and the food people. I think almost all of them were from ages 18-25. Go there at your own risk!!!

We make it our business to come here every time we come to Florida. This is a great water park with many different attractions from mild to wild! My son started out in the kiddie area
has graduated to the daredevil rides. Plenty of seating in the sun or in shaded areas. The food is typical water park fare but is pretty tasty. The restrooms constantly have personnel in there maintaining them. Going earlier in the day and a weekday helps shorten your wait times for the more popular rides. There are cabanas available also.
