All I can say is that this company is amazing. Today we had Roy as her service technician. Roy has been here in the past and his work is always impeccable and he is so personable describing things and always open to my questions and concerns. We have also had Jared come help us. Veronica, in their service department, is lovely and very responsive. Whenever I call with problem that needs diagnosed she immediately will get me an appointment typically same day. Thank you guys so much!

So our system is pretty funky so I called to get an estimate on revamping our ducting. Our technician Roy Wilson was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions in order to help us understand his recommendations. My over the phone experience with Veronica (I think that's who I spoke to) was present and she easily understood what I was calling about.
The only thing that would have prevented me from giving a full 5 stars what I was that the cost of the inspection over the phone and the cost after service was different. Roy was gracious and tried to call the office for clarification but when he couldn't reach them he made it right. I feel confident that in the end, I will have them come and do the job they are estimating for. You can't beat great customer service.response / report this review -

Thorough, professional, timely and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. Informative on how to use our new system. The work crew was very friendly and professional. Ryan and Hayden were fantastic. Would highly recommend this company.

These guys are amazing! We’ve had our furnace replaced and A/C installed by Ranger and couldn’t be happier. They’re responsive, so kind and informative! Our money is well spent on the services they have provided. HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring Ranger heating and cooling.

Cannot recommend Ranger enough! Very happy with the work they’ve done for us! We had a heat pump and furnace installed with them, and they went over every detail with us every step of the way! We were impressed with every one of their employees from design planning to installation to maintenance now! We have used them now for another home, and I recommend them
