Ran out of gas on the highway right beside here. A state trooper told me that courtesy patrol was on their way. An hour later, still no courtesy patrol. It was very hot so I finally decided to call Ramey to see if they had some gas I could buy. They told me that if they could find a gas can, they would have a mechanic drive across the road to help me. 10 minutes later, I had gas! Thank you Ramey Chevrolet for your kind act.

Traded to prefect very very low mileage vehicles for one used vehicle trying to lower my monthly payout. They sold me a used low mileage vehicle with only 5700 miles which was great, but when I discovered it had bent springs and a busted shock I took it back to them 3 times and each time they sad there was nothing wrong. I took the vehicle to another gm dealer and yes they verified that the spring WAS bent and a shock was busted. ( The shock was 596.00 alone) . Guess service after the sale isn't there cup of tea..I or my family won't be going back anymore. Buyer beware .

Had to take my Ram back a second time to get the rest of bolts in fender liner should have been right the first time . I have had some good experience with them and the service mangers are nice I will give them a second chance in a few day on identical repair , except other side of truck exhaust I will repost after this one .

Worse car buying experience ever!!!! Finance Manager messed up contract, had to resign a month later. Credit report was hit over 15 times over the course of 2 months. Have had the car 3 months and still no tags. Decided to return for some crazy reason for a scheduled oil change. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to be told they were overbooked and it would at least be another 30 minutes and that is with an appointment. Run!!!! I purchased cars here in the past, it is not the same Ramey. Learn from my mistake!!!

Our car broke down on our way to North Carolina and they took it in right away. They treated us very well and helped us locate a car rental place so we could continue our trip and we picked it up on our way back. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Ramey Chevrolet always gives professional friendly service. The atmosphere is like sitting in my living room at home. The remodeled building looks great. The lounge has very comfortable seating and I look forward to being there. I trust the people to do the right job on my car and I have never had reason to complain. I would recommend Ramey to my friends.
