Needed a place to stay due to icy roads. We were pleased with cleanliness of room and Perky personality of check - in Lady. We had to ask for washcloths but that was taken care of with efficiency. The Room was an average price but well worth it. Safety from the weather and a clean place to sleep and didn't break the budget this is an all around Win.

Thought the menu selection in the restaurant was poor, they never opened the restaurant on a Saturday night because it had snowed and no one showed up for work. Staff was polite, room appeared clean, rate reasonable

King room; large and clean. Great mattress; front desk worker very helpful and courteous.
Restaurant very pleasant surprise; food good and Kyisha the waitress was awesome. We had house salads with grilled chicken and vegetables were fresh and crisp. Wife also had quesadillas which also were very good.
On our way to Florida and plan on staying here again on our return trip North the 1st of February.response / report this review -

The rooms were clean, quiet, and tastefully decorated. All the usual amenities were provided: coffee, ironing board, laundry (on site). The breakfast with our stay was incredible. Full breakfast buffet and waffle bar. The dining assistant was very friendly and gracious. We plan to stat again on our next trip!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a standard hot hotel breakfast and could have been slightly better. Overall however we were impressed with the hotel for the price.

The hotel had a lot of great features like a pool with a large shallow end and deeper deep end, a restaurant in the hotel that offered pick up meals, coffee and lemonade in the lobby, and a generous complementary breakfast and large breakfast room. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with any concerns. The only negatives were that our door was hard to open, the pool was out of towels (quickly remedied by the staff), and our room developed a funny smell later in the evening. The fitness room was a little small and stuffy but adequate. It was super convenient to stop at on our road trip returning from Florida. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book there again!

Nice hotel considering it was pet friendly which is why we stayed there. Beds seemed rather small for a Full size. breakfast was excellent. overall pretty good experience.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was big and water pressure was full. Free breakfast was yummy but not fancy. Ate some wings and fries at the bar there which was yummy. The price was decent too. It isn't fancy or luxurious but it is a good place to stay if you need it.

DO NOT GO!!! Staff is rude and it's a roach motel. I booked for 4 days and I didn't stay through the night. Heavy police activity and vagrants. I will NEVER book at this location AGAIN. You are better sleeping in the car at a rest area. There's no corporate number to complain they transfer you to a line that money one answer. Negative 5 stars

Located very close to the expressway ramp made this hotel very convenient. The Ramada is showing its age, though. The room door needs replacing as it didn't line up (needed a hard pull to fully close). The section we stayed in was extremely smelly from smoke. Good hot breakfast. Our room appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable.
