I was given a gift card to the overland park location, at first they didn't know how to handle the gift card with my service. I then later made an appointment and spoke to the manager thru a consultation without knowing who she was. The appointment went ok, however they couldn't find my gift card info in their system. I've been put off several times regarding the redemption of the card, they didn't even blink at my answers or respond to my calls. (Even when asked to return my calls to the manager and regional manager)
-To not: my gift card was first presented to me with no expiration date or additional info attached. I don't want to do business with this branch or the company, if they keep treating me this way. Beware!

Taylor, Tiara (sp) and Lauren are AWESOME!! Tiara is simply just a doll. She knows exactly what she is doing and is just the sweetest ever. l am not going to anyone else as long as l live in MO.

I never thought I would ever belong to a medical spa and then I found Rajeunir. I have tried several of their services and have been excited about the unfolding results of each service. The young women who work here are highly professional and friendly. They create a non-judgement, fun and refreshing atmosphere in addition to the fact that the services they provide help you feel and look younger and revitalized. If you are on the fence as I was, jump off and enjoy a wonderful place to rejuvenate.

This 2 star review is solely regarding their laser hair removal. Overall Rajeunir Medical Spa is a pleasant place with very nice people that work there.
FOR ANYONE THAT DOES NOT WANT TO READ THE DETAILS of this story, the summary is that it was OVERPRICED, DID NOT WORK AT ALL and they are not totally honest.
And for those that like the details:
Unfortunately my bad experience began at the very beginning. The spa requires you to come for a consultation before quoting you any prices. I have young kids and had to work around many schedules to come in. All they did was tell me I was their ideal candidate (light skin-dark hair) and quote me a price without even looking at the hair I wanted removed. They quoted me a price which I later learned was very high for this service.
At the start of my treatments I was told there was no difference between the different lasers so it made no difference which they used on me. They started me with a laser which barely did the job and at number 6 out of 8 treatments they switched me to a different laser which started making a more significant difference.
At the start they make it seem that 8 sessions will be enough to remove the unwanted hair, however, during my treatments I was told it can take up to 20 SESSIONS to remove it.
When it was all said and done (yes the treatments are very painful) my HAIR WAS STILL THERE AND REDUCED BY MAYBE 30%.
I highly discourage anyone from using their laser hair removal service.
**One year later** I'm basically back to square one. Everything has grown back the way it was and I'm out a few thousand dollars 😡

I just started doing skin resurfacing and did my first chemical peel and I am so happy I am almost 40 and had not ever done any special treatments for my skin. I am already seeing a difference in my acne scarring and the grain of my skin! Stephanie is super friendly there! Going to continue treatments! Go try them.

Do not ever sign up for the monthly membership! I visited ONE time and NEVER used my points! After almost 2 years of them continuing to debit my account even after I cancelled my membership, I finally stopped the debit at the bank. Now every month I still get a bill saying I owe them money!! My account has been cancelled for monthsand I haven't been in one of your facilities for over 2 years!! Actually you owe me money! Someone there needs to fix this problem!

I've been going to Rajeunir Medical Spa for over two years now and have always had a very positive experience. I am in the midst of having a tattoo removed and am pleased with the progress and the overall skill-level of the staff. They gave me an informative consultation prior to my joining, are always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I have, and allow me to schedule weekend and late-night appointments to fit with my busy work schedule and accommodate my long drive to their office. I am glad to be a member at Rajeunir Medical Spa, their staff, expertise and facilities are excellent!

I've been a member of Rajeunir Med Spa for two years. I've always been satisfied with the services and with the employees who work there. I've reached a point in my life (over 50) where I need help and advice for caring for my skin and to help slow down the aging process on my face. All of the tips and advice are helpful, the services work, and I also enjoy my visits with the different staff members. At first I was intimidated by the staff and how well everyone looked but after a few visits I became more comfortable and looked forward to my visits. I recommend this office and their services.
