Not good. Customer service is horrible. If you buy something and there's an issue with it, you might be out of luck. The owner was downright mean to me and dismissive to my wife.
I was threatened with physical violence when I went to discuss an issue with a ring. He threatened to punch me, said he had a gun and would get it, said he could send crackheads to my house, and said, "Do you know how many people I can pay off and send to your house in the middle of the night?"
I never even mentioned anything about money back on the ring, all I ever said to him was "Hello".response / report this review
