In the beginning they were a wonderful place. Helpful, punctual, professional. But about 6 months into my pregnancy they really started slacking. Every time I would call their phone it would go to answering machine. It did not matter what time I called. I once needed blood work done for a prescription refill. I called at 10am on Friday to have them send the order to the lab. I went to the lab at 2pm it was not there. The office staff called the obgyn office and left a message (obviously got answering machine and obgyn never called back) I went to the lab on Saturday, it was still was not there. After I left the lab Saturday I called the obgyn office and left a message. Monday afternoon came and the obgyn office had not returned my call. I went to the obgyn office myself and asked for an order. The front desk lady said it should have been sent. But she was kind enough to call and make sure. Good thing she did because it was not sent over to the lab. So finally I got my blood drawn and normally the obgyn office will call me about the lab draw the same day and tell me my prescription was sent to the pharmacy and that I can go pick it up. They did none of this. I called the next day 24 hours after the draw to see if I could pick up my prescription. But they didn't have answers for me. I get this same blood draw once a month. This is my first pregnancy. I was out of these pills for 4 days. The office is not the least bit concerned. I do not know where to go to voice my concerns.
